Research On The Strategies Of Reducing Stress And Increasing Efficiency In Music Activities In The Middle East Branch Of Yangzhou University

The "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Aesthetic Education in the New Era" issued by the General Office of the Provincial Party Committee and the General Office of the Provincal Government in 2021 clearly stated that all schools should continue to carry out practical activities.The school holds a campus culture and art festival every year,and the province organizes an art show for college,middle and elementary school students every three years.Promote the province's key construction of 50 high-level art troupes for middle school students.Explore and improve evaluation methods.Nowadays,people are paying more and more attention to music education,and they also realize that music has a positive effect on the formation of various abilities and healthy psychology.Only relying on music classroom teaching to complete the music teaching task is far from enough.It should be organically combined with music extracurricular activities to learn from each other.In order to accomplish the task of music teaching,we need to combine the extracurricular activities of music teaching to improve the quality of music teaching.According to the general psychological problems of middle school students,combining the special function of music,relieving students' academic pressure,improving students' learning efficiency,making students feel happy in music extracurricular activities and experiencing the mind-body integration,thus promoting the mental health development of middle school students.This article is a research on the development strategy of decompression and efficiency enhancement of music activities in some schools attached to Yangzhou University in the Middle East.It consists of three chapters.The specific content is as follows:Chapter 1:Extracurricular music activities and related overview.Explains the concept of extracurricular music activities,the definition of music therapy,the use of art activities in music therapy and other therapeutic methods to achieve decompression and efficiency enhancement of students,and the necessity of middle school students to perform decompression and efficiency enhancement music activities.Chapter 2:Investigate and analyze the current situation and problems of the development of music activities for students in some schools in the Middle East attached to the University of Yangtze.Questionnaires and interview surveys are mainly conducted from the aspects of students,schools and teachers.Chapter 3:Sorting out and analyzing the results of the survey,sorting out and analyzing the results of the survey,summarizing the problems existing in middle school music activities,thinking deeply about the existing problems,and putting forward solutions to the problems to further promote Yangzhou The healthy development in music activities of some schools in the Middle East attached to the university.
