As an important topic of the current social education reform,home-school cooperation has become an important trend of education development.Some Western countries have gradually incorporated parental participation consciously,purposefully and confidently into the development plan of school education through regulatory programs.At the same time,the theoretical and practical research of our national school cooperation is also constantly developing and progressing,and the national policy attaches great importance to the value and function of home-school cooperation is also prominent year by year.The family education Law of the People's Republic of China(draft)mentioned that family education work should adhere to the close integration of family education,school education and social education.Primary school,as a critical period for a person's growth and development,is an important stage for students' psychology,personality,moral character and other aspects.The effective development of primary school home-school cooperation is particularly important for the healthy and comprehensive development of children.In the implementation process of home-school cooperation in primary schools in China,the specific executor mainly points to the head teacher.Therefore,if you want to play a good role in the guidance and service function in the home-school cooperation,the head teacher plays a crucial role.At present,in the primary school home-school cooperation,the head teacher is also facing the problem of insufficient effective communication with parents,so the primary school head teacher in home-school cooperation competence is urgently needed,which will be for the professional development and family education guidance work has a great role in promoting.In this study,the author selected Y Primary School in Changchun for case study.First,according to the selection of excellent head teachers for home-school cooperation,three winning head teachers and three unsuccessful head teachers were selected to conduct behavioral interviews,and the results were collated and transcribed into written materials.Then adopt root theory of three coding method,extract teacher in charge home school cooperation competence elements,finally including communication ability,professional quality,emotional three dimensions,three dimensions and communication skills,active parents,cooperation,guidance to parents,professional knowledge,emotional intelligence,learning ability,high learning ability,guidance,aptitude,loving,respect parents,love work and reflection ability of 14 indicators of primary school head teacher home school cooperation competent characteristic index system.
