In the process of China’s development,China and the government pay more and more attention to protecting the employment of vulnerable groups, especially the disabled. However,at present, there are still difficulties in the employment of deaf mutes.Under the background of acquaintance society, more deaf mutes will choose to achieve employment through the "back door" of family relief.Fundamentally, this state of relying solely on meager personal efforts is caused by the absence of social forces.Out of concern for the deaf mute group and thinking about the social work of the deaf mute, starting from reversing the disadvantages of individual actions and improving the employment dilemma of the deaf mute, this paper will explore the feasibility of social forces participating in helping the employment of the deaf mute.Different from the traditional social assistance model, social work pays attention to the working concept of "helping others and self-help",and emphasizes the integration of potential resources and meeting individual needs,It aims to improve the social participation ability of the deaf mute, reconstruct their social acceptance system, and provide some help for the employment and social integration of the deaf mute.
