As a special social group of the deaf-mute teenagers should deserve the rights of education. Based on a case study of the special education school of Anhui province, the author, first of all, gets the materials and the information from the investigation, the second, tries to find the problems and the causes of problems from the analyzing the materials.Based on the Chinese characteristics and the economic and social situation of Anhui Province, the author attempts to resolve the problems. The resolution includes ①a group of suggestions that the governments should provide a set of policies to support the school development. ② The administrators of the school should try their best not only to build and rebuild the physical environments, but also cares about the teachers. ③ A qualified teacher can help the students of the school to develop better. From this understanding, the author emphasizes that it is necessary to promote the professional and technical levels.From the educational anthropological perspective, the author holds that to resolve the problems of the special requirements form the students should be individualistic based on a study of the boy or the girl.The structure of the thesis is divided in four chapters:The first chapter is an introduction. The realistic significance and the academic review of the research topic is introduced.The main contents of the second chapter focuses on the general information of the’research field’.The third chapter covers on the problems deriving from the school, some reasons producing the problems are explained and interpreted.The fourth chapter, also the final one, is the research result which include a set of suggestions.
