A Study On Group Work Intervention To Promote Social Integration Of The Deaf-mute From The Perspective Of Empowermen

In recent years,with the development of society,the social integration of the deaf mute in China has attracted extensive attention.Affected by many factors,this group has encountered various difficulties in the process of social integration.To this end,the state and the whole society should assume the necessary responsibility to respond to the urgent needs of the deaf mute and help them improve their social integration,so as to create opportunities for them to participate in social life on an equal basis,so as to share the development achievements of social civilization and progress.This study takes the "Yue Xiang Fen fan-disability Finance Co Construction voluntary service project" of Qingdao x disability service center as an example,takes the deaf mute in Q community as the research object,and under the guidance of empowerment theory,first analyzes the difficulties faced by the deaf mute in social integration and their causes by comprehensively using research methods such as interview,questionnaire,literature research and participatory observation,and finds that this group is affected by personal,family and social factors,There are difficulties in economic integration,social integration,psychological integration,cultural integration and political integration.Then,in view of the above difficulties,the group work was carried out to help the deaf mute realize the empowerment at the personal,interpersonal and social levels.Finally,the evaluation found that the group achieved the goal of improving the team members’ self-confidence,forming a positive self-awareness,learning to reasonably control their emotions,improving their interpersonal skills,and finally promoting their social integration.Through the summary and reflection of this group service,it is found that there are advantages in carrying out group work service for the social integration dilemma of the deaf mute from the perspective of empowerment,but there are also some deficiencies.Therefore,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to further promote the research in this field and better serve the deaf mute.
