Research On Group Work Practice Of Preventing Online Fraud Among The Elderly From The Perspective Of Ternary Interaction

With the rapid development of The Times,the Internet has become an indispensable part of the public life,new forms of network fraud emerge in endlessly,with latent nature,so that people can not be prevented.The elderly are often the main targets of fraudsters because of their narrow social scope and less social knowledge acceptance,gradual decline in cognitive ability and weak ability to distinguish true from false.In this paper,qualitative research as the research method,group activities as the main,with the three-way interaction theory as the guidance,to explore the elderly to prevent online fraud methods,emotional relief and environmental reconstruction.Through interviews with 25 elderly people in the community,we understand the current situation of online fraud among the elderly in the community,and organize the elderly who are interested in preventing online fraud in the community to become members of the group.Under the guidance of ternary interaction theory,the topic of network fraud is divided into wechat fraud,telephone fraud and web fraud in three aspects of network fraud cases.Summary and analysis of the following fraud status:first,the phenomenon of online fraud is common and diverse;Secondly,the elderly cheat prevention education popularity is low and active learning interest is general;Finally,network fraud money is difficult to recover and difficult to protect rights.Through the development of group activities,it is further concluded that: in terms of individuals,we should be vigilant and not covey small favors,break through information barriers more than others;In terms of behavior,I look at things with a skeptical perspective,think more about things and do not trust others,and participate in social activities and do not lose touch with the society.In terms of environment,he is good at thinking and distinguishing the good and bad environment,and will not be brought into the train of thought of scammers.After the preliminary demand survey,the design and development of the group program,and the discussion of ways to prevent online fraud,this study returns to the interaction of the three elements to analyze the effectiveness of the group,and further explores the role and change of the three elements from the individual aspect and the group as a whole.In view of this kind of change,the group plan design is introspected and explored.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the practice of the group,and believes that the elderly should improve their learning awareness,enhance network tracking technology and the linkage of community,social workers and public security to prevent online fraud.
