The core of the protection of the rights and interests of the elderly is to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly from infringement,so as to ensure the realization of the needs of the elderly.The realization of the old-age pension needs requires certain material data as the basis.At present,the increasingly serious problem of fraud among the elderly has greatly destroyed the normal old-age life of the elderly.Therefore,from the perspective of social work,the author uses situational education to intervene in the prevention of fraud among the elderly.It has both theoretical and practical significance for the elderly to respond to their old-age needs and care for the elderly.Guided by the theory of social learning,this paper chooses four types of fraud,which are harmful to the elderly,have a high rate of fraud and have been deceived many times,namely,telephone fraud,investment and financial fraud,health care product fraud and low-price promotion fraud,and designs fraud scenarios to serve the community elderly in the fraud prevention group.The purpose is to help the elderly understand the causes of fraud and the purpose of fraud,learn the knowledge of fraud prevention,and enhance their awareness of fraud prevention and fraud prevention ability.Firstly,in the process of practical intervention,there are four stages: first,cognitive stage: case presentation to stimulate crisis awareness;second,learning stage: situational education into the trap of deception;third,model guidance stage: skill learning to avoid the trap of deception;fourth,strengthening stage: self-regulation to consolidate the preventive results.Secondly,using questionnaires,interviews and self-assessment of social workers,we evaluate the acceptance of the group,the awareness of fraud prevention and the improvement of the ability of fraud prevention;and evaluate the satisfaction of the service objects,institutions,neighborhood committees and social workers to the group.The results show that the cognitive ability and physical condition of the elderly are the most direct factors affecting the demand for fraud prevention of the elderly in urban communities;the acceptance of the elderly to the fraud situation education group is higher than that of the fraud lecture;the effect of the intervention of the situation education group in the prevention of fraud of the elderly is more obvious,and to some extent,it improves the awareness of fraud prevention and the ability of fraud prevention of the elderly.Finally,it points out that situational education method has three advantages and two shortcomings: it has advantages in Situational Design and goal orientation of education group,demand response and empowerment of the elderly group,and fraud situational experience;it has limitations in individual concern and demand response and restriction of situational design.At the same time,it elaborates the compatibility of situational education and social learning theory in practical application,and considers the strategies of social work further intervening in the prevention of community elderly fraud.
