Physics in Junior high school has a great significance for training the thinking and innovation consciousness of students.In actual physics teaching in junior high school,various problems that concern teachers and students which urgently need to be solved have emerged.Therefore,solving these problems by analyzing the causes and improving the teaching efficiency is a realistic challenge faced by every physics teacher today.In order to solve the problems emerged in the Middle School Physics course and ensure the effectiveness of the teaching,this paper conducted a corresponding research in Ethnic Middle Schools in Hainan Prefecture,Qinghai Province.By interviewing the Middle School students and teachers,mainly through questionnaire survey,the paper mainly studies four phases of the topic: firstly,to understand what are the big issues appeared in the teaching procedure by interviewing teachers and students from different schools;Secondly,to compare and analyze the cognitive differences between teachers and students(from the perspective of teaching and learning)towards the present issues;Thirdly,to focus only the students from different districts and gender and compare their understanding of the course content;Finally,to analyze the main cause of the issues appeared in the Middle School Physics course in Hainan Prefecture based on the investigation result.According to the survey result,the main cause of the difficulties in the Physics course could be included into five aspects:(1)The subject itself: the abstraction and the difficulty of the subject and its application;(2)Students: lack of good learning habit,infeasible methods,low concentration,poor basic knowledge and falling behind the schedule;(3)Teachers: not knowing the students well,lack of good harmonious relationship with them;(4)Schools: Deprivation of intensive practice,less class atmosphere in terms of learning,not enough curriculum schedules;(5)Families: Parents' inability to help with the subject at home and the lack of communication;for these five major causes,the paper also gives several corresponding solutions as below.(1)to make better understanding of the subject and raise the students' interest of learning;(2)have a clear idea of the book content and level up the students' potential;(3)grasp the fundamental rules of the subject and practice more in real life;(4)make realizable study plan and keep normal life habit;(5)form a good habit to improve the learning efficiency;(6)to be more self-innovative and learn to make different choices;(7)to transform the subject into real life situations to enrich the experiences;(8)establish better teacherstudent relationship and make the class fun and enjoyable;(9)focus on developing communication skills and create a harmonious family atmosphere.The study of the major difficulties and their strategies of the Middle School Physics course have its own significance.It could not only help the teachers to improve well in terms of their teaching methods and attitude,but it also enables the students to understand more about this course knowledge and guide them with more creative ideas.
