Since the country fully liberalized the second child in 2016,the number of school-age children has been increasing,and the people are very eager for high-quality educational resources.However,with the exception of a few economically developed cities,most areas have limited investment in education and relatively lack of teachers.The resulting teaching problems are mainly reflected in the large class size,which brings great pressure to class management and teachers' teaching,and it is more difficult to achieve differential teaching in accordance with their aptitude.In the long run,not only teachers are under great pressure,but also students' thirst for knowledge is not satisfied,resulting in a decline in learning interest,unable to develop good learning habits,and it is difficult to improve their learning level.The author believes that large class size is still a common phenomenon in most areas of China for a long time in the future.To solve this problem,we should be based on the actual conditions and face up to the objective fact of the shortage of teachers.Adopt the method of hierarchical teaching management to strengthen the level of class management and improve teaching efficiency;Mobilize students' subjective initiative and cultivate good learning habits,so as to improve their learning level.Combined with the practice of class teacher's work,the author explores a complete set of layered teaching management model.In practice,we have successfully cultivated a good class atmosphere and learning habits,and students have strong learning autonomy,high efficiency and good effect.During the semester,the class achieved the best score in all exams,which was far higher than the grade average.Combined with teaching practice,this model is simple to operate and has low requirements for objective teaching conditions.It can effectively improve the efficiency of class teaching management and students' learning habits,and reduce the burden of head teachers.Especially for large class teaching management,it has a good effect.
