The Layered Teaching is an effective way and method to carry out the teaching that is based on the differences of students, which is recognized as an effective teaching way. Up to now, the Layered Teaching has been studied for over 100 years. However, since some extreme Layered Teaching forms and some extremely obvious layering of students does harm to the self-esteem of some students, turns down the learning enthusiasm of some students and expropriates the equal rights of some students to receive education, the development of the Layered Teaching has not been able to go ahead in our country. In many areas of our country, picking out the Advanced Classes is just the only obvious and cruel way of the Layered Teaching. In fact, the Layered Teaching can be divided as the Implicit Layered Teaching and the Obvious Layered Teaching. Teacher can divide students into several different classes, they can also divide students into several different layers or groups inside a class. In order to explore the proper Layered Teaching way for the present educational environment of our country, the author completely states and distinguishes the Implicit Layered Teaching and the Obvious Layered Teaching. According to the Theory of Babansky’s Teaching Optimization and the Theory of Krashen’s Input Hypothesis, the author designed the experimental teaching of the Implicit Layered Teaching and the Obvious Layered Teaching inside a Class in Senior Middle School English Teaching. Based on the experimental exploration of the Layered Teaching inside a Class in Senior Middle School English Teaching, the author has proved the advantages in senior middle school English teaching of the Layered Teaching inside a class and the possibilities and effects in the senior middle school English teaching of the Implicit Layered Teaching inside a class, at the same time, the author analyzed the reasons of the advantages in the senior middle school English teaching of the Implicit Layered Teaching inside a class compared with the Obvious Layered Teaching inside a class. Therefore, the author predicates that the Implicit Layered Teaching should be a proper way for present Layered Teaching in the senior middle school English teaching in the present educational environment of our country.
