Along with the advanced development of the curriculum reform in primary and secondary schools,more and more schools begin to focus on the teaching form of dividing students to different classes according to their English levels.In the New Standard of English Curriculum,it says that the development of students is the starting point and end result of English curriculum.The main part of its teaching purpose,teaching process and teaching materials is students."But in practical teaching,there are still many problems because of the lack of administration about this new type of teaching form.English teaching of junior high is the key link,so it is necessary to take active reformation.If taking the form of teaching organization and management is not effective to carry out,it can't improve the students' learning efficiency,or inspire the students' interest in learning English effectively,and it cannot achieve the goal of improving the effect of classroom teaching.Therefore,it is quite meaningful to study the layered junior middle school English class teaching organization and management.This study is based on the questionnaire survey and interviews,according to the analysis of the layered junior middle school English class teaching organization and management.There are some problems as following:1.The evaluation management system of this kind of English teaching form is imperfect and cannot ascend to achieve different levels of the students' interest in learning English.2.Hierarchical system of class teaching has brought new problems to discipline management,such as students being late for their level of class,cannot work well with the ones from other classes,etc.;3.Teachers from different classes sometimes can't communicate effectively or timely.That leads to problems of students' management.To solve the above problems,I propose the following viewpoints like the students'evaluation management,the class discipline management and the cooperation management of teachers to improve the situation.1.Develop students credit rating and the overall quality appraisal management system;2.According to the distribution of level,settle the study group of the same level.Each group should obey the discipline rules.And homeroom teachers should be in charge of helping students improve the level of their interpersonal communication with others.3.Consolidate the cooperation between homeroom teachers and English teachers,and make clear responsibility rules.That can enhance the managing efficiency of students.
