| As the new college entrance examination gradually enters everyone's perspective,career planning education has also opened up a revolution.The new college entrance examination has changed the previous examination and the traditional "Literature and Science Division" approach is gradually replaced by the model "3+3".In this context,it is of great significance for senior high school students to combine their specialty,strengths and interests to carry out future career planning.This is not only relevant to the current "selection test" but also to the whole life of the students.This thesis is based on the new college entrance examination,based on the research results of career planning at home and abroad,and supported by the relevant theories of career planning education.The author used questionnaires,interviews,and other research methods to investigate the development of career planning education in the three high schools in Beijing,and discussed the development of career planning education in China,and in-depth analysis was conducted from the aspects of curriculum,teaching materials,and personnel setting.Find out the problems that the three schools have encountered during the course of their careers in terms of curriculum,teachers,and their external environment:Incomplete course system lacks certain standards;Career planning teacher marginalization;The idea of running school tends to score too much.The in-depth analysis of the causes of these problems is mainly due to:Poor curriculum development;Insufficient teachers;Superior leaders do not pay enough attention and support;Weak social support.In order to make career planning education develop further,The author proposes to establish a full-fledged curriculum system,Strengthen the penetration of disciplines;Strengthen teacher training and professional personnel training;Improve relevant laws,regulations and other proposals to improve career planning education. |
