Career education for senior high school students has been very mature abroad and in Hong Kong and Taiwan,while it is still in its infancy in mainland China.Based on the theory of career education at home and abroad,this paper concludes that the new entrance examination reform system in our country has studied the career education of senior high school students in Shenyang.The purpose is to find out the practice and experience of senior high school students' career education in Shenyang,to find out the problems and causes in the process of implementing career education of senior high school students,and to put forward the results based on the analysis.Some valuable countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The research methods used in this paper are literature research,questionnaire survey and interview survey.Firstly,it summarizes and analyses Shenyang's practice of career planning education in senior high school.The analysis mainly focuses on the guidance and supervision of government departments,the incorporation of career planning education into teaching planning,the establishment of personalized career planning tutor guidance system for senior high school students,and the training of teachers.Secondly,the author uses the methods of questionnaire and interview to analyze the problems and causes of career planning education in senior high schools in Shenyang.Questionnaire survey and interview survey included three groups: teachers,students and parents.The main problems found are: the slow development of career planning education,the weak systematicness of career planning education,the need to improve the professionalism of teachers participating in career education,the lack of time,energy organization and participation of teachers and students in career planning education,and the insufficient integration of social resources in career planning education.The main reasons for the problems include: imperfect education mechanism of career planning in senior high schools,weak legal protection and financial support;low general awareness of career planning education;weak specialization of education materials;single teaching mode and lack of communication in career planning education in senior high schools;insufficient time investment of educators participating in career planning;The development of vocational education lags behind.Finally,according to the causes of the problems and problems,the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward,including improving the relevant policies,strengthening the system construction;strengthening the construction of career planning guidance teachers;promoting the construction of career planning curriculum system;strengthening family-school cooperation,improving parents' career planning awareness;and integrating social resources through multiple channels.This paper also points out the shortcomings of the research,and prospects the future research direction.
