the Biology Curriculum Standards for General Senior High Schools(2017 Edition)summarizes the core literacy of the subject.The ideas on life is the key to the sublimation from knowledge to idea in the core literacy of biology,and the view of structure and function can be said to be the basis for students to establish the system of ideas on life.Because the ideas on life was put forward late,domestic scholars have less research on it specifically in the view of structure and function,even less research on the teaching practice of biology.Therefore,the author putted forward "the practical research on the construction of the structure and function view of students in high school biology teaching",and conducted the practical research on the biology teaching of the structure and function view of ideas on life,so as to provide reference for the construction of students’ ideas.Firstly,through a large number of literature reading,the research status of structure and function view at home and abroad and the connotation of structure and function view are clarified.The author summarized the theoretical basis of the construction of structure and function view,such as constructivism theory,discipline structure theory,system theory and natural dialectics,in order to provide abundant theoretical support for the follow-up research.Secondly,according to the practical need of the investigation and study,the author designed two homogeneity measurement questionnaire for pre-test and post-test,focusing on examining students’ understanding of the idea connotationon about four dimensions,including structural view,functional view,the relation between the structure and function,and the integration and connection between the structure and function view and other ideas on life.After constant discussion with experts and front-line teachers,the validity of the questionnaire was finally determined.For better teaching practice,combined with the questionnaire and interview,the author investigated the present situation of the construction of structure and function view.According to the present situation of the results of the survey,the author understanded students’ weak surface,also adopted the opinions of the front-line teachers and the teaching theory of existing about the concept and construction for putting forward the teaching mode which based on the construction of structure and function view,including the creation of teaching situation,setting up driven problems,organizing group activities and guiding the reflection and migration.Before teaching practice,according to the dimensions of the questionnaire,the textbook contents of the module Molecule and Cell,which is a required course in the Jiangsu Education Edition,was sorted out.According to the teaching mode and certain teaching strategies,the teaching design before teaching was carried out,and two teaching cases were shown.Finally,the author conducted teaching practice research in the high school where the author worked as an intern.The author selected the content of Molecule and Cell,which is a required course of Jiangsu Education Edition,and used the teaching model to conduct teaching,to explore the effectiveness of this model for constructing students’ structure and function view.Based on the results of pre-test and post-test questionnaires and open question answers,combined with SPSS software and descriptive statistics,the author analyzed the construction of students’ structure and function view from the whole and various dimensions.It is found that the teaching model based on the construction of structure and function view is of great help to students’ understanding and application of structure view,structure and function relationship,and the connection and integration of structure and function view with other ideas on life.Students not only enrich their understanding of the connotation of structure and function,but also explore the dialectical relationship between structure and function from multiple perspectives and perspectives,and apply it to familiar or even unfamiliar real situations.It shows that this teaching model is effective to some extent and can provide reference for front-line teachers to construct the teaching of structure and function view.
