In October 2020,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council issued opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School PHYSICAL Education in the New Era,which pointed out that,on the original basis,the standard design of physical education and health courses in physical education should be further improved and perfected,as well as related contents of physical education textbooks for all ages.Effectively control and increase the students in the period of physical education training time.In shandong province in July 2021,the national fitness plan(2021-2025)"file points out that to promote and improve school physical education teaching reform,guarantee students physical exercise time every day,make every student as far as possible to master a good at sports skills,from school during began to form the good habit of lifelong exercise.Therefore,in order to respond to the national policy,Shandong Province Yantai City Haiyang city will adapt to the development of The Times to improve the existing physical examination related content and examination system,the correct play of the positive guidance of the physical examination.Therefore,this paper takes the influence of the physical education reform of the high school entrance examination on the physical education of Haiyang city as the research object,understands the current situation of the physical education of schools after the reform of the physical education of the high school entrance examination in Haiyang City,finds that the reform may cause negative problems in the process of physical education and proposes corresponding policies.This paper first uses the method of literature,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other methods to investigate the impact of sports teaching in junior middle schools in Haiyang City.From a line of teachers,students and school physical education teachers important leadership,in view of the mid-term exam sports reform on the target,content,way and each related aspects such as the environmental impact analysis and the actual test,and analyze the haiyang city sports test the change of the profound impact of sports classroom teaching in junior high school students.The results of the study are as follows: the teaching objective of physical education deviates from the right track under the pressure of physical examination.On the basis of improving physical quality,students regard good examination results as the purpose of sports,and have wrong understanding of PHYSICAL education,which is contrary to the idea of physical education teachers.Most of the sports examination items in the middle school entrance examination are quality tests,no skills items,and the physical education teaching content is mainly examination items,separated from the physical education and health curriculum standards,so that students' interest in participating in sports gradually weakened,lifelong sports consciousness is difficult to form;The reform of middle school physical education has improved the government departments' investment in school physical education resources,but due to the limited funds,some middle school physical education resources are still not up to the standard,which restricts the development of physical education teachers' teaching activities in actual teaching.At present,Haiyang city still adopts the summative assessment,which cannot fully reflect the physical and mental health of students.Therefore,most PE teachers believe that the method of process assessment + summative assessment should be adopted to judge the students' PE learning situation.Some rural schools in Haiyang city are not equipped with enough teachers.The reform of physical education for high school entrance examination increases the pressure of physical education teachers,but the pressure into power can also promote the development of their personal and physical education career.The reform of physical education in high school entrance examination makes students realize the correct position of PHYSICAL education,but it also greatly suppresses students' active participation and enthusiasm in sports.And present in the physical education class is only in order to obtain high school entrance examination results and physical fitness training and testing,and repeated,no new ideas.According to the research results and the actual situation of physical education teaching in junior middle schools in Haiyang City,the following suggestions are put forward:1.Change the evaluation method of physical education examination from single evaluation to diversified comprehensive evaluation,in order to reflect students' physical education learning situation and realize the relative fairness of examination.2.Combine the big break with physical education,consolidate the knowledge and skills learned in physical education to improve physical quality through extra-curricular physical exercise,change the past exam-oriented education students' excessive pursuit of scores,follow the law of physical and mental development of students,in order to achieve better results in the physical examination.3,strengthen the allocation of teachers,the introduction of professional retired athletes into the campus,which not only reflects the professional degree of physical education teachers,but also can teach students the spirit of tenacious struggle,unity and cooperation of sports culture.4,physical education textbooks and the content of the examination of the project combined,maximize the mobilization of students to learn enthusiasm and consciousness.5.When the school sports equipment and facilities are not enough for teachers to carry out sports teaching activities,teachers can change the current situation of insufficient sports resources by changing teaching methods,transforming the existing teaching equipment to achieve multi-purpose,or introducing sports resources outside the school.
