Primary school physical education and health course is a unique subject that both improves the function and value of students' physical quality and moral quality.On the one hand,it undertakes the important task of solving students' "traditional physical problems",on the other hand,it is also an important position to realize the solution of "non-traditional physical problems".It has a unique educational function and value for primary school teenagers in physical quality and ideological and moral quality,and its proportion in school education is increasing.In recent years,as the country attaches more and more importance to the reform of primary school physical education,the reform of primary school physical education curriculum has achieved remarkable results,but there are still some problems in physical education,such as vague goals,unbalance of teaching content,lack of teaching methods and disconnection of education evaluation methods.At present,under the requirements of the educational concept of "moral education",how to better meet the needs of students' growth and return to the origin of education has become the new goal of the reform of primary school physical education curriculum.The country vigorously promotes the integration of sports and education,the fundamental significance of which lies in changing the closed state of the physical education department and the education department,carrying out a fundamental reform of the education content and education methods,and the primary school physical education curriculum has new requirements and goals for students' education.In this context,it is of great significance to explore the reform of physical education curriculum for the students to better play the comprehensive and extensive education function and value of physical education.Comprehensive reference and utilization of pedagogy,sports study,sports,health care and other related disciplines theory,elementary school physical education curriculum yulin city of shaanxi province as the research object,USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey,expert interviews and other research methods,from a multidisciplinary perspective of yulin city elementary school physical education curriculum implementation present situation and the implementation of the difficulties encountered in are analyzed.Teaching fusion in delving into the body,on the basis of the connotation of the core curriculum reform ideas and reform measures at home and abroad for reference,studied under the background of teaching fused breakthrough for yulin city elementary school physical education curriculum reform path and scientific measures,from training target,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching evaluation and other aspects of reform,reshape the primary school physical education curriculum structure system,It also provides a broader space for primary school PE teaching,and has important theoretical and practical guiding significance for the reform of primary school PE curriculum.Through the research,it is found that the following difficulties exist in the implementation of physical education teaching in yulin primary schools: 1.The teaching objectives are vague and it is difficult to meet the needs of the integrated development of physical education.2.The imbalance of teaching content restricts the diversified function of PHYSICAL education class;3.The teaching method is single,which limits the rich and diverse contents of physical education class;4.Disjointed teaching evaluation reduces the teaching quality of PE courses.In view of the above difficulties,measures are put forward to reform the physical education curriculum in yulin primary schools under the background of sports and education integration: 1.Teaching objectives should be clarified,and the reform and integration of sports and education should be deepened.2.De-competitive teaching content to cultivate sports interest and healthy habits;3.Diversified teaching methods enrich teaching design and teaching experience;4.Teaching evaluation is structured,and the evaluation system of physical education and health courses is improved;5.Optimize resource allocation and integrate urban and rural human,material and financial resources.
