Reform Problems And Countermeasures Of Online Teaching Of J College Under The Background Of "internet +"

In recent years,higher education has rapidly entered the stage of popularization,but due to the lag of classroom teaching reform,the attraction of college education to students has greatly declined.Therefore,a new teaching form is urgently needed to change the dilemma faced by colleges and universities.?The 13 th Five Year Plan of National Education development?points out that it is necessary to "improve the application ability of information technology for teachers and managers" to “encourage teachers to use information technology to improve teaching level and innovate teaching mode”,and to “comprehensively use Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and virtual reality technology to explore a new mode of education in the future.” The advent of the Internet era has greatly promoted the construction and development of modern university education informatization,and also promoted the integration of educational concept and information technology.The Covid-19 outbreak in2020 prompted colleges and universities across the country to actively respond to the call of the Ministry of education to "suspend classes and study from home",and have accumulated rich teaching experience of online hybrid teaching mode.However,there are some problems including ability of teachers' teaching online,ability of students autonomous learning online,network teaching resources,technical support and so on.This paper starts with the difficulties encountered in the practice of the mixed teaching mode,and comprehensively summarizes the problems existing in the reform of the mixed teaching mode and the causes of the problems.Through a summary of the teaching reform practice of J college,the paper provides suggestions for the reform of the teaching mode to colleges and universities,and conducts in-depth researches in order to deepen the reform of teaching mode.This study integrates literature research,case studies,questionnaire survey,interviews,and comparative research to collect data.Under the background of teaching model reform in universities and colleges,the paper finds out the reasons of problems which J college is having when teaching online,and provides suggestions on solving these problems.By giving a unique research case,this paper is valuable to teaching practice in terms of experiences and countermeasures.It enriches the theory of teaching reform in the information era,and provides a reference for exploration of educational reform and a new model of teaching management.
