Research purposes: with the development of the society,the value orientation of people gradually from a mere survival needs instead of diverse requirements,including entertainment,pleasure,people to participate in sports activities for the purpose of physical fitness phenomenon more and more common,the movement of lifetime sports concept also gradually formed in high school as the final phase of quality-oriented education,their physical condition has the attention of society and the country,by nearly 10 years of middle school students' physical data according to the survey,at present our country middle school students' physical health severe downturn,endurance,body strength of qualified rate reduced year by year,and obesity is a growing trend.The physical health status of middle school students can accurately reflect the current situation of physical development,physiological function and athletic ability of middle school students.High school stage is not only an important period for learning knowledge and skills,but also the peak period for physical development.Physical development at this stage also plays an important role.Zhang Xiao aim at,published in2011,the run,pull-ups male/female sit-ups in succession,crook proneness,standing long jump test scores of the project.Methods: In this study,4 classes of Grade 2 students were randomly selected as experimental individuals,among which Class 1 and Class 2 were experimental classes,and Class 3 and Class 4 were control classes.There were 73 Han students in the experimental class,12 Mongolian students in the experimental class,97 Han students in the control class,and 13 Mongolian students in the control class.To the pupil's individual exercise intervention for one academic year,including this one academic year is divided into four stages of exercise intervention,the first stage of exercise intervention on power,the second phase of cardiopulmonary endurance exercise intervention,the third phase power cardiopulmonary endurance exercise intervention,at the intersection of the fourth stage were compared with the first phase of a greater power load exercise intervention,intervention results in accordance with the movement hopes to improve produce about the individual's physical health.Results: the fitness experimental group after intervention of the han ethnic group students fifty meters,average score compared with the experiment before raised the average of 0.780025 seconds,standing long jump increase by 8.11762 cm,the 800-meter run average increased by 0.89 seconds,the 1000-meter run average increasing the average scores of 1.4 seconds,sit-ups increased 4.1246,average scores increased 1.641830pull-ups;The fitness experimental group after intervention of Mongolian students 50 meters before running average scores compared with the experimental intervention group of Mongolian students have improved since the 50 m grade point average of 0.8219194 seconds,standing long jump average score increased23.63887 cm,and 800-meter run average score increased the average improvement in the 1000-meter run of 0.2 seconds,0.39 seconds,sit-ups average score increased 7.81984,average scores increased 2.3043pull-ups.Research conclusions: by comparing the experimental group before and after the experiment the han ethnic group students and the experimental group of Mongolian students each the average of the project performance and increase,all items can be found that the han and Mongolian students grades mean there is no obvious difference,the experimental group han students and the experimental group Mongolian students after the experimental intervention projects increase and there is no obvious difference,which can be concluded that the experiment between individuals after the exercise intervention and Mongolian ethnic differences apparent change does not lead to the result of the experiment.
