With the development of the times,China has carried out a new round of curriculum reform,which puts forward the goal of implementing students' core literacy.Based on this situation,some scholars put forward the application of the micro topic teaching method to perform review courses with the aim of achieving the purpose of making up for deficiency.As for the micro topic teaching method,while the senior high school teachers at present know about it to some extent,there are no ready-made teaching steps for reference,so there still exists a phenomenon that it is not used with high frequency.This paper explores the effective application of micro topic teaching method in practice.This paper first reviews a large amount of literature and summarizes the teaching methods commonly used in the review course of senior high school.Then,based on the interviews with teachers,this paper selects the Genetics and Evolution module of compulsory two as the research object.This paper introduces the micro topic teaching method in the second round review of the graduation grade,the principles of which include the core quality of biology,the teaching material,and the learning situation.What's more,the paper determines the five ring development mode and steps of micro topic,that is,to draw up the key words,create micro situations,construct mind maps,watch and learn in micro courses and consolidate exercises after class,carrying out the method with the help of the well-developed micro learning plan.In this paper,two parallel classes of physics,chemistry and biology are selected for experimental teaching.The experimental class is interspersed with micro topic teaching in the macro topic teaching,while the control class does not use micro topic teaching.The comparative analysis of the test scores shows that the biology subject scores of the experimental class students have been significantly improved,proving that the five ring micro topic teaching mode can effectively promote the effect of biology review in senior high school.In addition,the theoretical and practical research methods of micro topic teaching in this paper can provide reference for other teachers to carry out similar researches.
