In the context of a new round of basic education curriculum reform,high school biology teaching has ushered in new challenges.In order to improve the teaching effect of the classroom and relieve the pressure of teaching,the teaching method of micro-classes can be used to assist high school biology teaching.Micro-lessons can be embedded in various activities related to students'learning,such as pre-class preview,classroom teaching and after-class review,which are flexible and convenient to use[1].Based on wancai Hand film Master software,the author tried to design and develop micro lesson cases.On the one hand,by introducing the operation of Wancai Hand Shadow Master software,we can enrich the ways of making micro-lesson and provide methods and suggestions for other teachers to make micro-lesson videos with beautiful pictures and strong practicability.On the other hand,under the background of the new college entrance examination reform,it not only conforms to the development of curriculum reform,but also promotes the teaching and learning of teachers and students.In this study,literature research,design research and investigation research methods were adopted to study the design and application of high school biology micro lesson.Based on the historical development and current situation of the research at home and abroad,the paper discriminates micro-lesson and related concepts and introduces the theoretical basis of micro-lesson research.The general principles of micro-lesson design are summarized,and the contents of"The Process of Cell Theory Establishment","Mendelian Pea Hybrid Experiment(I)"and"Examples of Neuro-humoral Regulation"are selected based on the high school biology textbook of human Education Edition 2019.Using wancai Hand film Master software,the paper designs and develops micro-lesson cases which are applied to three teaching links:pre-class preview,classroom teaching and after-class review.This paper puts forward some feasible suggestions on using Wancai hand shadow master to make micro lessons,and summarizes the application strategies of micro lessons in biology teaching in high school.Through literature review,it is found that there are few studies on the design and development and application of high school biology micro-lessons,and the traditional form of making micro-lessons cannot meet the needs of teachers and students.The micro class based on the master of Thousand color hand shadow is characterized by rich forms of expression and strong interaction.Micro lesson can be applied to the three links before class,during class and after class:the application of micro lesson in pre-class preview can cultivate students'good habit of independent preview;The application of micro-lesson in classroom teaching can arouse students'enthusiasm in classroom learning.The application of micro-lesson in after-class review can help students establish knowledge network system.Through a questionnaire survey of students'learning after the implementation of micro-lessons,the research results show that students can accept different forms of micro-lessons,but they prefer to use animation to display the content of biology micro-lessons.In addition,students prefer the application of micro-lessons in classroom learning,and teachers can appropriately increase the frequency of using micro-lessons in classroom teaching.The use of micro class can improve the majority of students'interest in learning biology and their understanding of knowledge points,especially for a thorough understanding of abstract biology points.In a word,the high school biology micro lesson made by the master of Wancai Hand shadow can achieve better teaching effect.
