A new form of micro-course teaching emerged at the historic moment with the rapid development of science and technology and the speed up increasing of teaching reform in recent years.While controlling the key points of micro-course,the teaching methods presented are flexible and diverse,and the content is vivid and incisive.The application of micro-course in classroom teaching not only breaks the limitation of time and space,let the students realize the goal of fragmented learning after class,but also visualizes the micro-abstract knowledge to help students understand and remember better.Through continuous improvement,micro-course has made great progress in teaching quality,teaching methods and maximizing students' spare time.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,field interview and case study and focuses on the application of micro-course in biology courses in high school taking Hechi high school biology class as example.Through questionnaire survey and interview method,the current situation of teaching development and application of biological micro-courses in 12 high schools in Hechi city is investigated,300 questionnaires are distributed to students,and the recovery efficiency is 100%.115 teacher interview questionnaires are issued,of which 110 are valid with 95.7% effective rate.The problems and causes of the application of micro-course in the micro-course of biology teaching in Hechi senior high school were analyzed by collecting the collected data and combining with teaching cases.At the same time,the author explains the production and application process of micro-course.On this basis,micro-course is designed and applied to teaching practice.The T test of independent samples was carried out on the test data before and after the experiment of the experimental class,which provided certain reference opinions and measures for the application of micro-course in biology teaching of high school.For the effective development and application of micro-courses in Hechi city,the author puts forward the following suggestions: Change the teacher's teaching thought,give student more opportunity of independent study.Schools should strengthen the awareness of the class,strictly control micro-courses teaching quality and expand the application of the micro lesson between teacher and student,strengthen teacher's related technical training of micro-course,develop learning and teaching platform.In addition,this study is conducive to the active response to the accurate national poverty alleviation propaganda,strengthen the rural education poverty alleviation policy cognition and implementation,promote the better and faster development of education targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas of all sectors of society.
