With the continuous advancement of the reform of ordinary high school education mode in the new era,clubs have received more and more attention in high school education.The club is a big stage for students' self-development and practice.Students come together because of the same interests and hobbies,but they have very different performances,showing colorful and different roles.High school students are in a critical period of physical and mental development.As an organization of extracurricular activities for students,clubs are of great significance for the development of students' personality and sociability.This research comprehensively uses the investigation and research methods of observation,questionnaire and interview.Based on the theoretical analysis of the role construction of students in high school students' clubs,it leads to the field of the role of students in clubs,presents the process of constructing the role of students in clubs,and analyzes the static shaping and dynamic influence of various factors on the role of students in clubs.Through systematic analysis,it reflects on the existing problems in the role construction of students in clubs,and puts forward the development ideas of high school clubs that are conductive to optimizing the construction of student roles.The main part of the thesis is composed of five chapters.Firstly,it discusses the relevant theories of high school clubs,clearly points out the important position and role of high school clubs as non-profit formal student organizations in school education and student growth,introduces the operating mechanism of high school clubs,and discusses the value,connotation,type and constructive dimensions of the students' roles in high school clubs.Then,the next 2 Chapters are the investigation and analysis of the status quo of the role construction of students in high school clubs.Taking Nanjing X High School as the research field,all students from two classes were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey.The students' club role construction was investigated from the four dimensions,which is participation motivation,role division,activities,and interpersonal relationships.Combined with the analysis results by SPSS,it can be seen that high school students' role construction in clubs is in good condition now.The three clubs called Jinling Culture,3D Model,and Speech and Organization are used as typical cases.It fully presents the role division,activity development and student experience in these clubs,laying cases foundation for inductive analysis of influencing factors.Next,it takes the three dimensions of role construction as the logical clue,analyzes the other,self and interaction which affect the role construction of high school students in clubs,and finds that the indirect and passive role of the other,the basic and active role of the self,and the direct and decisive role of interaction in the process of role construction of high school students in clubs.Finally,it is the research conclusion and suggestion.The study has proved that the role construction of students in clubs is of great significance to individual socialization,and found that the current management of clubs has gradually become routine,the role construction of students in clubs has been steadily improving,and it is affected by other,self and interaction synthetically.Based on the above conclusions,the study believes that only by updating the educational notion can the vitality of the clubs be further released.At the same time,it is necessary to promote the reform of the club system,promote the decentralization of management,and pay attention to the cultivation of student personality to better promote the self-development of students.The epilogue,paying attention to the growth of "club member",expands the research horizon from the school to the society.The experience of students in the club will have an important influence on their growth into a qualified social man,which is the significance of this research.In addition,it is to call for more educators to pay attention to the problem of the role construction of students in high school clubs.
