In recent years,my country's private education has developed rapidly and has become an important part of my country's modern education system.The discussion of the development of private education is naturally inseparable from the relevant research on teachers.From the perspective of human resources theory,teacher resources are the most precious resource for school development,and are related to the success or failure of private schools.In this regard,the problem of teacher team building that this article focuses on is of great value to the healthy development of private schools.On the basis of combing and summarizing the related literature on the construction of the teaching staff,this paper has formed an understanding and judgment of the current situation,existing problems and construction measures of the current construction of the privately-run teaching staff in our country.On this basis,the researchers conducted in-depth investigations in the school field,comprehensively used observation methods,questionnaires,and interviews to thoroughly analyze the current situation of the school's teacher team building,and found serious problems in school X's teacher team building.Mainly include: unreasonable team structure,high turnover of personnel,heavy tasks of teachers,low teaching enthusiasm,difficulty in inviting tutors,low effectiveness of experts entering the school,etc.The thesis analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the teacher team of School X from the three dimensions of system guarantee,school management,and teachers themselves.The system problems mainly include the inadequate implementation of policies,the idealization of teacher quality training,the unbalanced discipline system construction,and the incomplete pre-employment training system;the school management problems mainly include the leadership's management concept to be updated and the school's attitude towards teachers.The protection is not in place;the teachers ' problems are mainly manifested as professional pressure and complicated application motives.As a result,the thesis puts forward targeted suggestions in different categories.From the perspective of system protection,one is to establish an evaluation mechanism that focuses on performance and is composed of factors such as morality,knowledge,and ability;the second is to establish an effective teacher training system;the third is to stabilize the teaching team by management innovation;From the perspective of the school management,it is especially necessary to adhere to human-oriented management,pay attention to humanistic care,highlight teamwork,adhere to a truth-seeking and pragmatic work style,and strengthen the building of the leadership team and the school's human resources department;at the teacher level,first,teachers need to change Concept,enhance initiative;the second is to strengthen the management of personnel sources and establish a talent archive.Finally,through sorting out the leadership mechanism,incentive policies,and management system of the school ' s teacher team construction,the successful experience is summarized,namely,recruiting outstanding talents based on supply and demand surveys,stimulating teachers' potential by system construction,formulating an overall development plan for the teaching team,and using academic The exchanges facilitate the development of school-based training,hoping to provide a reference for the construction of teachers in other private schools.The construction of the teaching team of private schools is a long-term task and process.The school should conform to the requirements of the times,actively take effective actions,and strive to build a high-quality and stable and continuous teaching team,and comprehensively promote the construction of excellent private schools.
