In our country, the most widely field of introducing part-time teachers are the higher education system, especially in the private higher vocational colleges. The part-time teachers, full-time teachers and double professionally-titled teachers will make up the teachers team of vocational education. With the increase in the number of part-time teachers, there are more and more problems to manage part-time teachers. The part-time teacher team construction quality directly affects the development of private higher vocational colleges’ teaching quality. In this article, we will analyze the problems of private higher vocational colleges’ part-time teacher team construction, and put forward the solution.There are five aspects to introduce the research about the part-time teachers’ team construction in private higher vocational colleges.Chapter one is the introduction. This chapter analyzes the part-time teachers’ team construction in private vocational colleges’ research origin, research significance, research methods, core concept and literature review. Firstly, this article is the need of the part-time teacher team construction in vocational colleges. Secondly, this article enriched the theoretical knowledge of higher vocational teachers’ team construction. Thirdly, the article has explained the core concept of part-time teachers. Fourthly, the article has reviewed and summarized the related research at home and abroad and tries to find out the insufficient place. Fifthly, it has taken different approaches to analyze topic, make the article more persuasive.Chapter two is General situation of private higher vocational college’s part-time teacher team. Firstly, it analyses the general development situation of the domestic private higher vocational education. This part includes the status quo and problems of higher vocational education development. Secondly, chapter two analyses the general situation of domestic private vocational colleges’ part-time teacher team. It has studied the present situation, type, source, characteristics of part-time teachers.Chapter three is to analyze part-time teachers on sample school. Firstly, introduce the development of the school. Secondly, analyze teachers’ present situation of the school. Thirdly, summarizes the present situation of the part-time teacher team construction, including the source of the teachers and management, etc.Chapter four is analyze the problems and reasons of part-time teachers’ team construction in sample school. Firstly, this part has summed up a lot of practical problems existing in the part-time teacher team construction. For example, part-time teachers low status, management confusion and other issues. Secondly, there are many reasons to explain why these problems would occur. The article from the government, schools, enterprises, part-time teachers itself, the students these five aspects, found the cause of part-time teachers team construction difficult.Chapter five is Suggestions and countermeasures. Aiming at the problem of part-time teacher team construction in sample school then put forward the Suggestions and countermeasures. Firstly, the government should formulate a sound laws and regulations. Secondly, private vocational colleges would further improve the part-time teachers’ management system. Thirdly, enterprises should support the cooperation between colleges and send the good staff as part-time teacher in schools. Fourthly, Part-time teachers enhance their teaching ability and become a member of the good teachers. Fifthly, students should respect for part-time teachers and treat them like full-time teachers.In a word, this paper mainly adopts the literature method, interview method and case analysis to summarize the basic theory and the problems existing of the private higher vocational colleges’ part-time teacher team in the sample school. It’s significant to sums up the reasons of the problems and put forward some suggestions to improve the management model of part-time teachers’ team construction in sample school. Finally, it could provide reference for other similar institutions to solve the same problem.
