Social development ultimately depends on education, and teachers are not only the first resource of education but also the fundamental guarantee of it. Education township high school education is an integral part of the development process in many middle schools in the township, there are still vacancies of teachers, teachers instability, the overall quality of teachers do not fully meet the needs of modern education and so many problems. Fundamental way to solve these problems is to build a stable, high overall quality of teachers. In order to study the issue of township middle school faculty development, we selected a located in Yunnan Province in the southwest border, multi-ethnic region Wenshan township high school as a case, document analysis, field surveys, questionnaires, interviews and other methods of Pingyuan second middle school faculty development issues studied.
