Social development ultimately depends on education, and teachers are not only the first resource of education but also the fundamental guarantee of it. Education township high school education is an integral part of the development process in many middle schools in the township, there are still vacancies of teachers, teachers instability, the overall quality of teachers do not fully meet the needs of modern education and so many problems. Fundamental way to solve these problems is to build a stable, high overall quality of teachers. In order to study the issue of township middle school faculty development, we selected a located in Yunnan Province in the southwest border, multi-ethnic region Wenshan township high school as a case, document analysis, field surveys, questionnaires, interviews and other methods of Pingyuan second middle school faculty development issues studied. First, a literature analysis of Pingyuan II faculty development background are described; Secondly, fieldwork methods, in-depth II school and classroom to understand the actual circumstances of the case of the school, through questionnaires, interviews, participant observation and existing data analysis, empirical research in the school teaching staff situation, the flow of talent present situation, the teacher’s basic information, the basic situation of teachers’work, teachers’ personal professional status, professional development activities and teaching level of individual teachers, etc., to Pingyuan II teaching Force carried out a detailed investigation and analysis; again, the use of "Rural Middle School teachers questionnaire", "township middle school students about" two questionnaires and an "SCL-90 symptom Checklist," and interviews with principals, teach the main reason, external evaluation of school development and student development staff interviews, student interviews and other activities interviews, questionnaires and in-depth interviews with the method of combining existing problems of Pingyuan II of teachers in-depth investigation, realistic pair Pingyuan two teachers in the construction and development work also analyzes the problems of how to improve the level of teachers away II construction, and promote the harmonious development of the school to make the relevant study and research, and draw from the basic policy level, the school three aspects of thinking and the level of individual teacher development dimension intensify reform to promote township Middle School teachers in-depth development of the construction-related improvement suggestions and countermeasures conclusions.
