Research On The Realization Of The Moral Education Function Of Labor Education

For a long time,labor education has been in a relatively weak position in the five education of morality,intelligence,physical education,beauty and labor,and its moral education function has been ignored in practice.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the status of labor education has been gradually improved,and the moral education function of labor education has been increasingly revealed.Through case analysis of the realization of the moral function of labor education in Y primary school,this paper focuses on understanding the current status of the realization of the moral function of labor education in primary school,looking for existing problems,analyzing the causes,and putting forward targeted strategies and paths to enhance the moral function of labor education in schools.This paper is divided into six parts.The introduction part mainly summarizes the reason,core concepts and existing related researches.Introduces the research method and the selection of research object.At the same time,the interview data of teachers,parents and students are also sorted out and coded to dig into the objective situation of the implementation of labor education and the realization of moral education function in Y Primary School.The first chapter is mainly about the investigation and observation of the current situation of labor education in Y primary school.By sorting out the questionnaire data,the current situation of the implementation of labor education in Y primary school is understood as a whole.The survey found that the overall implementation of labor education in Y primary school is in good condition and has a good foundation for labor education.Besides,the basic situation of the realization of the moral education function of labor education in Y primary school is deeply explored through interviews.The second chapter is the moral education function of labor education.The moral education function of labor education is expounded theoretically from three aspects of labor attitude,labor moral character and labor habit.The third chapter is the problem representation of the realization of the moral function of labor education in Y Primary School,including the "inadequate" understanding of the moral function of labor education,the "limited" realization process and the "inadequate" realization degree of the moral function of labor education.The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons for the weakening of the moral function of labor education in primary schools,including the school's neglect of the moral function of labor education,the process of weakening the realization of the moral function of labor education,and the lack of guarantee for the realization of the moral function of labor education.The fifth chapter is the primary school to enhance the moral education function of labor path analysis,mainly from labor education cognition,labor education carrier and labor education guarantee path analysis.Schools should prepare well for moral education and strengthen the cognition of moral education function of school labor education.Pay attention to the Carrier of labor education and strengthen the moral education function of labor education;Construction of labor education security system,to ensure the realization of the moral education function of labor education.
