Action-oriented teaching concepts have been introduced from Germany for decades.Its development has gradually changed the traditional teaching philosophy.It is an important teaching change from knowledge to ability.At present,the teaching results of tourism majors in traditional secondary vocational schools are not good.It can not meet the needs of modern enterprises to meet the requirements of talent.The application of the action-oriented teaching concept in the teaching practice of various regions and schools has certain deviations.In the face of the above background,it is helpful to improve students' interest in learning and promote the cultivation of students' professional action ability to carry out the research on teaching design guided by the professional course of“Tour Guide Business”in secondary vocational school tourism.At first,this study investigates the current teaching situation of tourism major in secondary vocational schools through questionnaires and interviews.The study found that there are teachers' cognitive conceptual deviations,fewer forms of interaction between teachers and students,and a single evaluation system in the current curriculum teaching.The division between theoretical teaching and practical teaching,the shortage of students' professional quality and the thinness of professional development consciousness.Based on the investigation of the present situation,the design ideas are clarified,and the characteristics of action-oriented instructional design are analyzed to overcome the existing problems.Through the analysis of learning content and learners,we can make clear the direction: take professional action ability as the guide,take work situation as the basis,and aim at improving students' professional action ability.So as to realize the transformation from work action field to learning content.Take “Tour Guides in Scenic Spots” as an Example to implement action-oriented teaching.Combined with feedback from students and teachers,it provides advice for teaching practice.The research shows that the traditional teaching mode of secondary vocational courses has obviously lagged behind the development of tourism education and tourism industry in secondary vocational schools.Based on the needs of practical career action fields,driven by typical work tasks.The teaching module is designed according to the needs of professional posts,and a new teaching design model of Tour Guide Business is developed.It can fully mobilize students' subjective initiative and teachers' teaching enthusiasm.Realize the zero distance connection between course teaching and the requirements of practical work and action fields.It will provide a useful attempt for the reform of secondary vocational tourism courses in the future.
