| At present,China’s traditional manufacturing industry is in the stage of transition from labor-intensive to technology-intensive.In the production process,industrial robots have the advantages of high work efficiency,good stability,high repetition accuracy and ability to work in dangerous environment,which makes some enterprises have a huge demand for skilled talents such as industrial robot operators,debugging personnel and maintenance personnel.However,at present,there are some problems in the training of skilled industrial robot talents in secondary vocational schools.Graduates cannot meet the requirements of enterprises when they enter the factories,so it is necessary to carry out teaching reform.The idea of action oriented vocational education is in the leading position in the field of vocational education in today’s world.Its emergence is the subversion of the traditional teaching idea.In the aspect of teaching reform,it is transformed from knowledge imparting to knowledge imparting.Through the action-oriented teaching design,make students more interested in learning,train their innovative thinking,and improve their key ability and comprehensive quality.This paper started from the action-oriented secondary "industrial robot operation and maintenance and the programming" course teaching design research background,research significance,through a questionnaire on the industrial robot operation and maintenance and the programming technical secondary school teaching conditions were analyzed,the analysis of the typical work tasks,according to post ability complex degree of typical work integration,form the field of comprehensive ability,according to the secondary industrial robot operation and maintenance and the programming course for professional working in action in the field of induction and integration,in the areas of action into learning areas,according to determine the learning objectives learning field.Then it analyzes the learners,reconstructs the teaching content,redesigns the teaching strategy and the evaluation mechanism.Through the actual teaching to test the teaching effect based on the action oriented teaching design,and compared with the traditional teaching effect,find out the action oriented teaching compared with the traditional teaching advantages and problems,draw a conclusion.The significance of the research lies in the further application of action orientation in the course of industrial robot operation maintenance and programming in secondary vocational schools.Action-oriented teaching is different from traditional teaching.The former strengthens the practical training for students,improves the technology of industrial robot operation and maintenance and programming,and enables students to adapt to the job requirements ofenterprises more quickly after graduation.The research results of this study can be used as a reference for the teaching reform of other majors in the internship unit. |
