| In technical practice,although students have mastered the relevant rules and knowledge,they always have problems in operation,because they equate "knowing" with "knowing how to do",and "knowing" only knows part of the verbal knowledge.In technical practice,there is unspeakable tacit knowledge,which profoundly affects individual behavior and is the basis of individual practical behavior.Looking at the literature,it is found that scholars’ research on the construction of technical tacit knowledge is not comprehensive yet.Starting from the characteristics and process of knowledge construction and tacit knowledge construction,this paper uses questionnaire surveys and classroom observation methods to find the problems in the construction of technical tacit knowledge of ordinary high school students,and explores teaching suggestions to promote the construction of technical tacit knowledge of ordinary high school students.This article combines domestic and foreign research theories to construct a technical tacit knowledge construction system for ordinary high school students,which is divided into two dimensions—technical tacit knowledge construction quality and engineering tacit knowledge construction ability.According to specific performance,the technical tacit knowledge construction system is divided into two dimensions.The ability to construct knowledge is divided into three secondary dimensions,namely,the ability to acquire technical tacit knowledge,the ability to process technical tacit knowledge,and the ability to apply technical tacit knowledge;the quality of technical tacit knowledge construction is divided into two secondary dimensions,respectively It is critical and original.And based on this,compile questionnaires and classroom observation scales.Based on this,the students of Nanjing E Middle School were used as the evaluation objects,and surveys were carried out on the construction of high school students’ technical tacit knowledge through questionnaire surveys and classroom observations.The results show that the overall construction of students technical tacit knowledge still needs to be improved,and the development of various dimensions is uneven;there is no obvious difference in the construction level of technical tacit knowledge between boys and girls.Finally,based on the existing problems in the construction of technical tacit knowledge of ordinary high school students,the following teaching suggestions are put forward:(1)Focus on application and improve the application ability of high school students’ technical tacit knowledge;(2)Create technical activities to construct technical tacit knowledge in real situations Knowledge;(3)Use task-driven teaching methods to construct technical tacit knowledge in the process;(4)Implement shared strategies and two-way interaction to promote the construction of technical tacit knowledge. |
