The rapid development of economy and society affects not only the social form,but also the growth and development of individuals.In 2020,the "996" work system and the new crown epidemic have led to employment tensions.The Internet has created the image of "hitting workers" to reflect the negative effects of the workplace on individuals: long-term work stress has spawned job burnout and hindered individual development And the improvement of organizational efficiency.The research on job burnout originated from psychological research on the work depression mood of service industry workers.In more than 40 years of research in Western academia,job burnout has been clearly used to describe the emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and emotional exhaustion of workers at work.Problems such as the reduction of personal accomplishment are in the process of dynamic development and trigger negative emotional experience,which affects the construction of individual relationships and the acquisition of effective resources,and reduces the physical and mental health and work efficiency of employees.Corporate social work is an important branch of social work.Using corporate social work methods to intervene to solve the problem of job burnout is an opportunity to increase the influence of social work.This research will study job burnout from five parts with a casework method.The first part expounds the reasons for the topic selection and the value of research,explaining the urgency of solving the problem of job burnout and the significance of social work intervention;the second part is based on a review of relevant literature,from work exhaustion,depersonalization,and efficiency reduction The work-family relationship and the operationalization of this research topic focused on exploring the concept and connotation,and then innovatively proposed the burnout cycle problem;the third part adopts the scale method,interview method and participatory observation method to show the job burnout part of H enterprise The 11 employees with symptoms were the research objects,describing the characteristics of job burnout,analyzing the causes of job burnout,discussing the impact of job burnout,and further determining the operating conditions of job burnout;the fourth part is the specific intervention service process,and the service Subject Ms.A’s job burnout problem was provided as a case service.The dual ABC-X theory was used to adjust the client’s cognition and resources,assisting her to properly cope with work pressure and rationally plan career development.The last part,combined with the actual case work,discusses the topic of localization of corporate social work and effective ways to carry out corporate social work.
