With the rapid development of economy,the constant upgrading of industrial enterprises,and the increasing pressure of occupational competition,employees are facing the increasing pressure from various aspects,gradually producing a kind of burnout that cannot be ignored.This kind of emotion has the most direct impact on the efficiency of enterprises and personal development,as well as the people around them.Enterprise employee motivation,employee's health is important,for the development of the enterprise,the enterprise staff's physical and mental health is so important,the study of social workers involved in the development of the enterprise employees are few and far between,and as a result,research into the cause of enterprise employees' job burnout,the influence factors of job burnout,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for future development of the enterprise has a key role,so the enterprise employees' job burnout in social work intervention studies to reduce employees' job burnout,improve their personal ability,increase staff belonging to the enterprise is imminent.Job burnout of enterprise employees refers to a series of bad burnout emotions caused by various welfare policies and wages in the long-term working environment of enterprise employees,such as emotional collapse,exhaustion,personality disintegration,numbness,loss of sense of direction and other bad burnout emotions.In order to better develop enterprises,individuals should have correct cognition,enterprises should have fair reward and punishment mechanism,and society should give reasonable value positioning.Only in this way can employees have a sense of belonging to enterprises from inside out,and can they really work hard for the efficiency of enterprises.For our country,the status of the workers in the founding period are their superiors,but with the advent of information society in recent years,people's values change,the position slightly,although the role of workers in our country is indispensable,but people's cognitive status to workers fell sharply,cause choose qualified staff employment,causing large-scale talent gap.Moreover,the economic pressure and emotional pressure from family will cause objective job burnout pressure to employees.All the above reasons and backgrounds are the causes of employee burnout.In this paper,through literature analysis,questionnaire investigation and group social work methods to understand the causes and influence factors of job burnout,by adopting the method of group social work,select the C enterprise Anshan Haicheng county,Liaoning province as the research object,on the job burnout status,harm and social worker suggested measures has carried on the detailed research and analysis,through the questionnaire survey selected suspected employee burnout emotion,is an object with suspected staff job burnout emotion,advocacy group members volunteered to form between them was set up,the premise of group social work intervention planning scheme,the group intervention treatment,Three dimensions for respondents.Burnout situation further investigation analysis to further confirm the enterprise employees' job burnout of employee personal,family,enterprise aspects of reasons,at the same time the design scale late prophase survey and measurement,data collection,data comparison analysis,and team members to provide feedback and the process of social work intervention in social work to evaluate systematically the effect of group work,the study found that personal right cognition is the main aspect,the necessity of household and corporate support is objective support factor,finally Suggestions and reforming measures for enterprise and the staff,to improve the efficiency of the enterprise for the purpose of meaningful research targeted professional practice.
