Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Secondary Sports Schools In Jiangsu Province

As an important position for the training of reserve talents for competitive sports in my country,the secondary sports schools undertake the major mission of transporting high-level reserve talents for competitive sports to the country,and have made fruitful contributions to the improvement of my country's competitive sports strength.However,in recent years,with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up,the continuous improvement of the social system,the reform of the national economic system,and the country's shift in sports development policies,secondary sports schools have encountered difficulties in enrolling students,"contradictions in learning and training," and employment.Such problems are more prominent.The traditional development concept is no longer suitable for the training of talents in secondary sports schools,and the development of secondary sports schools is in a difficult situation.This paper investigates the development status of 13 secondary sports schools in Jiangsu Province,analyzes the problems existing in the development of secondary sports schools,and proposes construction and development countermeasures on this basis.Using literature data method,mathematical statistics method and various research methods,13 secondary sports schools in Jiangsu Province are taken as the survey objects to analyze the development status of Jiangsu Province's secondary sports schools.The results show:(1)In terms of training programs and the number of people in training in municipal sports schools,as of July 2019,Jiangsu Province Secondary Sports Schools have opened 37 programs,with a total of 9,639 people in training;track and field,weightlifting,wrestling,fencing and fencing.There are 9 traditional events such as judo and they are listed on the market.The number of niche events such as Sanshou,hockey and roller skating is relatively small;the number of participants in traditional events is larger,led by track and field events,with a total of 1514 people,and niche events.The number of trainees is small,and only 6 people participate in the hockey event.(2)In terms of the culture teacher team,the culture teachers of the secondary physical education school in Jiangsu Province are mainly from the appointment of the sports department.There are 474 culture teachers,of which 369 are on the staff and 105 are employed.The above education accounted for 98.3%.In terms of professional titles,junior professional titles accounted for 19.4%,intermediate professional titles accounted for 43.5%,and senior professional titles accounted for 24.4%.In terms of coaches,there are currently 602 people in Jiangsu Secondary Sports Schools,of which408 are currently employed.The number of people is 194.Bachelor degree and above accounted for 91.1%.In terms of professional titles,junior professional titles accounted for 42%,intermediate professional titles accounted for 26.2%,and senior professional titles accounted for 20.6%.(3)In terms of athletes' learning and training,each city-level sports school arranges the athlete's cultural lessons and training time more reasonably.In the specific implementation process,there is a phenomenon of “emphasizing martial arts rather than literature”,causing the “contradictions in learning and training” to remain prominent.(4)In terms of athlete talent transfer,the main forms include national counterparts,high-level sports team recruitment,provincial counterparts,and entry into outstanding sports teams.Among these forms,the number of people admitted through provincial counterparts,the number of national counterparts,and the number of outstanding sports teams and high-level athletes accounted for 51%,25.6%,16.9%,and 6.5%,respectively.From 2015 to 2019,each city in southern Jiangsu has trained 273 people,while each city in northern Jiangsu and central Jiangsu trained 184 and 224 people respectively.In terms of training quality,student athletes in southern Jiangsu have won 120 times;student athletes in northern Jiangsu have won 107 times;student athletes in middle Jiangsu have won 41 times.(5)In terms of infrastructure and funding guarantees,in terms of infrastructure,none of the 13 secondary sports schools has reached the standard of not less than 24 square meters of teaching rooms per student required by the "Standards for the Establishment of Secondary Sports Schools".In terms of the setting of training venues,Wuxi City Sports School has the largest area of use rights and ownership of venues,while Zhenjiang City,Xuzhou City,Yangzhou City,and Suqian City Sports Schools only have the right to use venues;in terms of financial security,2017-2019,The largest investment in school funding is Wuxi,with a total of 169.923 million yuan,and the least is Lianyungang,with only 2.815 million yuan.(6)The main problems currently existing in Jiangsu secondary sports schools are:1)Difficulties in enrollment,which are manifested in the decrease in the source of program students and the lack of unified standards for enrollment,and the weak foundation of students' cultural achievements;2)The weak cultural education teachers,and Culture teachers lack corresponding guarantees in terms of professional title promotion and continuing training;3)The title structure of sports school coaches is unreasonable,and there is a general lack of high-level coaches,and in-service coaches rarely have the opportunity to participate in training;4)Athletes' "The contradiction between learning and training" is still prominent.The scientific level of school training is insufficient,and there is a lack of adjustment mechanisms for training and learning;5)The further development of athletes is limited,and the quality of enrollment and talent training needs to be further improved;6)The funding of sports schools is limited,the venues and facilities are backward and difficult to update in time.The following conclusions are drawn through the above research:(1)Due to regional economic conditions,regional differences,and historical traditions in Jiangsu secondary sports schools,there are certain differences in infrastructure construction,talent training,and faculty,which will have a greater impact on talent transfer..In terms of transportation quantity,the overall transportation quantity in southern Jiangsu is higher than that in northern and central Jiangsu;in terms of transportation quality,the overall transportation quality in southern Jiangsu is higher than that in northern and central Jiangsu.(2)At present,the core problem existing in secondary sports schools in Jiangsu Province is the "contradiction between learning and training." It is mainly manifested in the conflict between study time and training time,the conflict between coach goals and cultural class teacher goals,and the conflict between traditional and emerging concepts,which restricts the further development of student athletes and school enrollment.(3)The secondary sports schools in Jiangsu Province have also reached the critical juncture of reform,which is the necessity and urgency of reform.Recommendations: 1)Relevant government departments of Jiangsu Province should establish a standardization system for secondary sports schools in Jiangsu Province as soon as possible.Starting from policy basis,existing problems,school needs,and target systems,guide local government departments to standardize the construction of municipal sports schools to meet the needs of the city.The requirements of the modern construction of sports schools.2)The 13 secondary sports schools in Jiangsu Province should effectively solve the problems of school enrollment,export difficulties,and "contradictions in learning and training".Starting from the establishment of enrollment standards,improve the treatment of cultural teachers,strengthen the construction of cultural teachers;promote training and exchanges among coaches,improve promotion and incentive mechanisms;advocate basic training for athletes,strengthen cultural lessons;explore "the integration of sports and education " Model;improve the school funding guarantee system,improve school facilities and environment;to expand export channels,cultivate students' correct values and employment outlook,and solve the export and import problems of student athletes.3)Students should establish correct values and employment outlook,and strengthen the learning of cultural knowledge.Improve your own comprehensive quality,fully understand your own development and shortcomings,and have a clear plan for your own future.
