Research On The Enrollment Policy Of Public Senior High School In Quanzhou Urban Area

On the basis of implementing the curriculum reform of basic education,Quanzhou has continuously promoted the reform of the enrollment and examination system of senior high schools,and has formed a diversified enrollment and admission mode,such as the enrollment base d on scores,targeted distribution of high-quality senior high school places,etc.Based on the three dimensions of policy content and process,this paper analyzes the current situation of Quanzhou public high school enrollment policy by using the method of literature review.Based on the pursuit of educational equity,the quality education is linked with t he enrollment of senior high school.Taking academic level examination and comprehensive quality evaluation as the basis of admission or not,admission care plus and deduction points,a diversified high school enrollment system is established,including unified enrollment,directional enrollment,independent enrollment,and specialty students There are some problems,such as the unscientific academic level examination,the poor operability of comprehensive quality evaluation,the unfairness of caring and adding points,and the unrationality of the way of voluntary filling.From the perspective of policy-making theory,this paper analyzes the causes of the pr oblems,such as the unbalanced distribution of educational resources,the lack of scienti fic research and demonstration of policy makers,the absence of policy beneficiaries,and the interest driven policy stakeholders,and puts forward some targeted improvement countermeasures,such as narrowing the inter school gap,learning from the successful experience of other provinces and cities,and full investigation and demonstration.
