Whether in private colleges and universities, or public colleges and universities, PE course been one of the main components of teaching content. PE teachers college sports work is carried out specific operator, the level of their professional level, directly affects how well the work is completed college sports. In building a harmonious society and promote fair and balanced development of education education social atmosphere, the present study will Quanzhou area universities and public institutes in Undergraduate Teaching Staff in Private expand more detailed analysis, looking for differences between Private Universities and Public Universities, to improve team building public universities and private colleges and universities PE teachers put forward reasonable solutions, promote Quanzhou in Private Colleges and Public Universities PE Teachers harmonious development, to ensure the healthy development of sports in colleges and universities, education administrations in the region to make some of the more meaningful recommendations, and can give appropriate recommendations for improving domestic universities of physical education teachers.During the study, mainly rely on combination of historical literature, written survey and interviews and other analysis, systematic Quanzhou area of public universities and the reality of PE Teachers in Private Construction started analyzed and compared. Results of the study confirmed:Quanzhou area PE Teachers in Private tendency younger in age structure; relatively title structure, educational status, research the situation, athletes rating, referees grade, foreign language and other aspects of computer grade levels and have significantly different, public Good Universities in Private Colleges.In accordanc with the actual situation and case analysis, the following recommendations for improving the ranks of private colleges and universities, and to reduce the gap between public universities:the need to improve the degree of attention of Private Colleges Physical Education and Sports School Teachers; changing the concept of PE teachers strengthen the sense of belonging to teacher education; and improving private college sports teachers'scientific research activities; give full play to the school's own characteristics.
