At the second session of the 13 th CPPCC National Committee,Minister of Education Chen Baosheng proposed:“ In the curriculum,campus activities,social practice and other links,we should strengthen the integration of ecological civilization education content.” “Morality and Rule of Law” has relatively rich content of ecological civilization education.So,strengthen students' ecological civilization education by teaching is not only conducive to the implementation of the educational goals of cultivating moral,but also crucial to the construction and development of the country.It is found from the investigation of the present situation,in the teaching of “Morality and Rule of Law”,there are scattered content of ecological civilization education textbooks,insufficient development of ecological civilization education resources,deviations in the determination of teaching objectives for ecological civilization education,some teachers lack knowledge of ecological civilization,and students' emotional identification of ecological civilization needs to be improved,and the level of student behavior of ecological civilization is not optimistic.The main reasons for these problems are that my country's ecological civilization education is in the exploratory stage,the school lacks attention to it,teachers' lack of ecological civilization education ability,and the constraints of the level of education development.In view of the above problems,the corresponding measures are put forward: first,based on the development of ecological civilization,by integrating and analyzing the content of teaching materials,capturing quantitative current affairs hot spots,excavating recessive educational resources,and developing ecological civilization education resources in teaching;second,based on the knowledge of ecological civilization,by establishing the teaching goals of ecological civilization education,improving teachers' knowledge of ecological civilization,the school strengthens the importance of ecological civilization education,and improving students' awareness of ecological civilization;third,take the internalization of ecological civilization as the priority,enrich the moral and emotional experience,adhere to the principle of positive education,propagate the construction of beautiful China and strengthen the national policy education of national conditions,make clear the individual responsibility to bear,and consolidate students' emotional identification with ecological civilization;fourth,take the ecological civilization externalization as the beauty,through expands the diverse ecological civilization education practice way,establish reasonable incentive mechanism for it,build effective evaluation system for it,integrate knowledge and practice of ecological civilization education,and cultivate students' ecological civilization behavior ability in the process of harmonious development.
