After the promulgation of the chemistry curriculum standard for senior high schools(2017 Edition),the Ministry of Education launched the 2019 people's education edition of senior high school chemistry textbooks.The guiding opinions of the general office of the State Council on promoting the reform of education methods in senior high schools in the new era issued by the Ministry of education points out that all provinces(regions and cities)will fully implement the new curriculum and use the new teaching materials before 2022.By September 2021,ordinary high schools in various cities of Henan Province have basically realized the use of new teaching materials.Since 2014,the state has reformed the college entrance examination enrollment and put forward a new college entrance examination model.By June 2021,three batches have been launched,involving 14 provinces and cities.The new college entrance examination mode corresponds to the traditional college entrance examination mode.The traditional college entrance examination mode refers to liberal arts and science.The new college entrance examination mode includes "3 + 3" and "3 + 1 + 2".However,2021 students are still facing the traditional college entrance examination model.It can be seen that in the future,Henan Province will be in the transition period of "using new teaching materials and implementing the old college entrance examination".At this stage,how to do well the teaching work in the transition period is an important task for high school chemistry teachers.For middle school teachers,we should compare and analyze the new and old teaching materials based on the existing teaching experience,fully tap the available teaching resources in the new and old teaching materials,creatively use the teaching materials and apply them to classroom teaching.Therefore,classroom teaching based on the integration of new and old teaching materials is of great significance for teachers to better understand and use the chemistry teaching materials of the people's Education Edition in 2019,better interpret the new college entrance examination model and improve the effect of classroom teaching.Under the guidance of the teaching concept of the chemistry curriculum standard for senior high schools(2017 edition,revised in 2020)(hereinafter referred to as the 2017 edition curriculum standard),and according to relevant educational theories,this topic selects Volume 1 and Volume 2 of the Compulsory Chemistry for senior high schools(hereinafter referred to as the new textbook)of the people's Education Edition in 2019 and Volume 1 of the Compulsory Chemistry for senior high schools(hereinafter referred to as the old textbook)of the people's Education Edition in 2007 as the research object Based on the conclusions of the comparative study,the topic of "sulfur and its compounds" is selected for teaching design and practice.This topic uses the literature research method to summarize the research status,relevant core concepts and theoretical basis of the integration of new and old teaching materials;through interviews with some senior high school chemistry teachers,it obtains the current situation of the use of new and old teaching materials,problems and deficiencies in teaching;through the comparative research method,it summarizes the new and old teaching materials from three aspects: macro location,content selection and presentation mode The conclusions of the comparative study are as follows: the new textbook compiled under the guidance of the 2017 curriculum standard is based on cultivating students' core literacy of chemistry;taking "elements and compounds" as the core As an example,in terms of macro position,taking the application in production and life as the main line,the elements sodium and chlorine are systematically studied in one chapter,and sulfur is taught as an independent chapter;in terms of content selection,the contents of some elements are appropriately simplified,the learning of aluminum and silicon elements is weakened,and 9compulsory courses are added,which students must do experiments;in terms of architecture,the new textbook focuses on reflecting the basic concepts and the development trend of chemistry,highlighting the leading role of the basic concepts of chemistry;in terms of presentation methods,increase the types of columns and the number of original columns,including the newly added columns of chemistry and occupation,science,technology and society,method guidance,etc.,which have more accurate functional positioning;the new textbook attaches importance to career education,chemical history and learning methods,and STSE Education concept and other aspects to cultivate students' core quality of chemistry;the illustrations selected in the new teaching materials are more contemporary and beautiful than the old teaching materials.Based on the conclusion of comparative analysis and under the guidance of the teaching concept of the2017 curriculum standard,the teaching design(hereinafter referred to as the new teaching design)is carried out for the core content "sulfur and its compounds" of the topic "elements and their compounds" Before the beginning of teaching practice,the students are pre tested,and two classes with no obvious difference are selected as the experimental class and the control class.The experimental class adopts the new teaching design for teaching,and the control class adopts the teaching design of new teaching materials for teaching.In the later stage of teaching practice,the investigation questionnaire is compiled from the five dimensions of chemistry core literacy,and the experimental class and the control class are analyzed According to the results of the questionnaire and the students' average chemical scores,the following conclusions are drawn:from the perspective of students' scores,before teaching practice,the average chemical scores of students in the experimental class and the control class differ by 0.6828 points,and after teaching practice,the average chemical scores of students in the experimental class and the control class differ by 3.9178 points,indicating the improvement of students' chemical scores in classroom teaching based on the integration of new and old teaching materials From the results of the questionnaire,the experimental class is better than the control class in the implementation of the core literacy of chemistry,which shows that the classroom teaching based on the integration of old and new teaching materials is helpful to the implementation of students' core literacy of chemistry.It can be seen that teaching practice based on the integration of new and old teaching materials can help teachers more accurately grasp the different educational concepts of new and old textbooks.No matter which textbook is used for classroom teaching,teachers should integrate resources of different editions of textbooks and textbooks of the same version,and extract the essence to find out more educational resources that are more in line with the new curriculum standard teaching idea.Use teaching materials creatively,so as to better implement the fundamental educational task of Building Morality and cultivating students' core literacy of chemistry.
