In 2014,the State Council issued the Implementation Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Examination and Enrollment System,which kicked off the new reform of the college entrance examination.In order to coordinate the implementation of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)'s fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue,the state has started the compilation and revision of new curriculum standards and new textbooks while the new college entrance examination reform is being pushed forward.The "three new" changes of the new college entrance examination,new curriculum standards and new textbooks have brought about great changes in the field of education.With the development of urbanization,urban high school has become a learning platform for most rural students,and urban high school education has also become a key area for the development of education and the realization of educational equity in China.However,due to the weakness of teachers and information resources,urban high schools are facing great pressure under the "three new" education reform.In this context,studying the teaching status of urban high schools under the new college entrance examination,identifying the deficiencies and putting forward countermeasures will help urban high schools better adapt to the new college entrance examination and promote the development of urban education.Through the study of relevant government documents and experts' interpretation of the new college entrance examination,new curriculum standard and new textbooks,this study clarifies the requirements of the new college entrance examination for high school history teaching,which can be summarized as three points: establish and implement the concept of people-oriented education;Reform the classroom and promote the transformation of education mode;To develop teachers and enhance their educational ability.On this basis,the author compiled a questionnaire and an interview outline to investigate the history teaching status of history teachers and students in Anjiang Town of Hunan Province.The survey found that the current history teaching in Anjiang town has a low degree of recognition for the new college entrance examination;The practice of teacher education is narrow and the utilitarianism is obvious.The problems of inadequate professional development of teachers and poor development of students make it difficult to promote the history teaching reform in high schools in counties and towns.In view of the current situation of history teaching in urban high schools,the author puts forward countermeasures from three dimensions:country,school and teacher.The state should continue to deepen the education reform and strengthen the reform support in urban areas.Schools should equip themselves with advanced educational ideas,reform the evaluation system according to the trend,and attach importance to the guidance and support of teachers' development.Teachers should set up the concept of life-long learning,attach importance to the guidance of students,give full play to the educational role of teaching evaluation,develop curriculum resources with the orientation of education,create a teaching model suitable for students' development,and promote the transformation of classroom education model.
