The college entrance examination is a system that can cause universal concern. It is not only the link between universities and middle schools, but the important link between universities and society. The college entrance examination system carries the burden of maintaining social justice and social stability in China, the populous country. Therefore, the unified national college entrance examination system begins to reform from the date of the establishment, especially after the opening and reform to the outside world, it has established the progressively establishment of standardized tests, the examination system in the common high school, the gradually change from "3+2" to "3+X" in college entrance examination subjects, the gradual establishment of the form of online enrollment in college entrance examination admission, etc. Although there were several reforms, malpractices such as "focus only on scores" and "one test determines the rest of lifetime", with "the hordes of troops and horses lead only wooden bridge", caused discontent. The voice of requirement of abolishing the unified national college entrance examination is louder and louder, and just in this background the reform scheme of the 2014 college entrance examination was issued.The issue of the reform scheme of the 2014 college entrance examination, unveiled the prologue of a new round of education reform. The subjects, test times, and the admission process of the college entrance examination had been reformed strongly in the new reform scheme, that made every effort to maintain the fairness and justice of college entrance examination. One of the highlights of the college entrance examination reform was the increase of "education options" of the students. For example, the subjects were divided into compulsory subjects and selective subjects, so students could choose college entrance examination selective subjects according to their interests and advantages. And there were two chances in selective subjects and academic proficiency tests, so you could choose a higher score as a result of the university entrance exam. This greatly reduced learning burden and pressure of the students, and this was good for students to play a normal level during the test. At the same time, it also proposed a new scheme to deepening the reform of enrollment system comprehensively, striving to establish a variety of types, diversified examination recruitment system, providing more opportunities to the examine to accept higher education.For the high school history, the promulgation of the new college entrance examination reform is both an opportunity and a challenge. Whether in the junior middle school or high school, history was taken into account as "a small subject" in the past few decades. The history status has improved under the new situation of the reform of college entrance examination, so history should be how to deal with this in the face of such a new situation? The author took Zhejiang province---the pilot region of the national college entrance examination reform --- as an example, put forward his own opinions from teaching organization forms, teaching methods, teaching content and teaching evaluation way. Under the new situation of the reform of College entrance examination, elective classes teaching organization form is imperative; To arouse students’ interest in learning history, and form the students’ history thinking ability, the author suggested that the history teachers should use role-playing teaching method and studying historical issues teaching methods; and we can add some hot news and local teaching content into teaching content to strengthen the teaching contents and the practical problems of life contact; In terms of teaching evaluation, the author thought that we should change the traditional pencil-and-paper test method to develop developmental assessment,and strive to evaluate the students fairly and justly. At the same time, the author put forward some immature opinions from the sustainable development of the school, perfecting the history textbook, improving teachers’ quality, etc, and I hope my research can provide reference for the large-scale reform of the national college entrance examination.
