The problem of children with down syndrome has been plagued by experts and scholars around the world,especially in the field of medicine,the problem has been trying to discover a solution to the problem.But no one have overcome the difficulties.The problem of children with down syndrome are various.The first is the pain of sick children who has been plagued by the disease since birth,but short life time with a fight with the disease.Followed,The pain can cause serious influence to the whole family,even will directly lead to the change of the family environment,seriously can cause the relationship deterioration between family members as well as the negative attitude towards life.What's more,children with down syndrome have poor self-care ability and lack of life skills,which will increase the burden on families and society.Because the there is no cure for the children.Many families abandon their children without any consideration for rehabilitation training or even basic treatment.Social work as an angel who need to help the children down syndrome to give them loves in this moment.Therefore,social workers want to be able to find a new model for changing the status quo to help the children and their families.This model does not need complex operations like complex operation in the field of medicine,does not need to be as expensive as rehabilitation facility.It can bring progress and make a difference with the efforts of the whole families.Therefore,this paper carried out the service according to the context of "family--subject--family--subject",aiming at improving the hand grasping ability of children with down's syndrome and improving their self-care ability,so that both subject and family can benefit from and change.The paper focuses on three service strategies.One is to initially arouse the family's confidence and hope in the child by making a plan together with the family of the subject.The second is to carry out services together with the family members to help the patient with rehabilitation training and improve the patient's self-care ability.Third,create a good environment for children growth through the progress and change of the subject,reconfiguration of the family support system,changes in family attitudes.Social workers have made profound reflection in each stage of service,hoping that can provide more rigorous supplement to the overall service model through continuous combination of thinking and practice.
