Labor is a production activity for human beings to obtain the material materials needed for survival,which is of great significance for human survival and development.To realize the combination of labor and education,is not only an effective way to improve the social production,and also is the only way to realize man's all-round development,so when to cultivate high school students must to include labor in education system,to realize the combination of labor and education,undertake to the student labor education,so as to promote the all-round development of students.As a socialist country,our country attaches great importance to the combination of education with labor.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,labor education has been regarded as an important part of our educational policy.In March2020,our country promulgated the”Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Colleges,Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era”,which put forward to in the colleges,primary and secondary schools set up labor education required courses.It specifically stipulates the curriculum content,implementation principles,security system and other contents of labor education,which has become an significant basis to carry out labor education for high school students at present.It is of great significance for high school students to carry out labor education.It can not only cultivate students to set up correct labor concepts,form good labor spirit and work habits,but also enable students to master labor skills skillfully,laying a good foundation for becoming high-quality workers and qualified socialist builders in the future.However,whether the current labor education of senior high school students has been well carried out,how the education effect and other issues,we need to investigate and study.Therefore,based on the practical needs,this study investigates the problems existing in the labor education of senior high school students,analyzes the possible causes of these problems,and then tries to put forward the corresponding solutions from the perspective of ideological and political courses to help promote the development of labor education of senior high school students.This study starts from the theory explanation of labor education for high school students,clarifies the meaning,the characteristic and the content for senior high school student labor education.Then this paper expounds the significance of high school students' labor education from three angles: the development of high school students,the realization of middle school education goals and the needs of society.After that,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey and an interview with students and teachers in two high schools in C City and one high school in G Province respectively.The survey shows that the current labor education of senior high school students has made some achievements,which has generally enhanced the labor concept and labor spirit of senior high school students,and has also realized the diversification of the implementation of labor education.But at the same time,there are also some problems,such as the value recognition of labor education needs to be improved,the obvious insufficient of productive and service-oriented labor,the knowledge is disjointed with action of labor education effect,and the imperfect implementation and guarantee system for the labor education.The above problems are mainly caused by the restriction of examination-oriented education,the lack of educational resultant force,and the need to improve the labor education ability of current teachers.On the basis of the above investigation and analysis,this study believes that ideological and political courses can improve the problems existing in labor education of high school students through the following countermeasures,so as to help improve the effect of labor education of high school students.First of all,we should enhance the consciousness of carrying out labor education in high school ideological and political courses,and help enhance the recognition of the value of labor education.Secondly,it is necessary to excavate the content of labor education in the textbooks of high school ideological and political courses to help improve the problem that the content of productive and service labor education of high school students is obviously insufficient.Thirdly,we should enrich the ways of implementing labor education in ideological and political courses to help senior high school students realize the unity of knowledge and practice in labor education.Finally,it is necessary to improve the guarantee measures for high school ideological and political courses to carry out labor education,and help improve the guarantee system for the implementation of labor education for high school students.
