The essence of human beings is embodied through labor.It is labor that creates human beings.In the whole education system,labor education is an indispensable part,its purpose directly refers to the cultivation of the correct labor concept,and also plays an important role in improving the labor quality of middle school students.With the advent of the Internet era and 5G era,the role of labor education in human training can not be ignored.But since the reform and opening up,especially since the implementation of the one-child policy,the position of labor education in quality education is not prominent enough.In the new development period of our country,in order to adapt to the new development trend,ordinary high schools also need to deepen the reform of the way of education,so that labor education can regain its place in quality education.When students grow up to high school,they enter a new stage,and their ability and character development in all aspects approaches the adult level.Therefore,it is beneficial for senior high school students to face up to labor and master certain labor knowledge and skills by making good use of the appropriate channel of high school ideological and political lesson and integrating labor education into the teaching of high school ideological and political lesson.It not only improves the quality of the students,but also carries out the fundamental task of education.However,through the investigation of the practical situation of integrating labor education into the ideological and political teaching in senior high school,it is found that there are still some problems in labor education in senior high school,including: students' own labor concept is weak,labor education is marginalized by the main body of education,lack of effective evaluation system,labor achievement evaluation method is single and so on.Rationally,the main reasons for these problems are the influence of outdated historical concepts,the pressure of exam-oriented education and college entrance examination,and the negative influence of bad western cultural thoughts on students.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,such as the development and use of labor education in class and extracurricular resources,with teachers as the leading,enhance the labor education consciousness,enrich the teaching practice form,improve the evaluation system of labor education,so as to strengthen the labor education of high school students,improve the labor quality.
