With the further promotion of quality education,appreciation education and happy education have become the educational concepts actively advocated by school education,under the guidance of which,educational practice has made remarkable achievements.But at the same time,with the passage of time and practice,its shortcomings become more and more obvious,it is manifested in the following aspects: students disobey teachers' instruction,do not respect teachers' authority,teachers dare not control,do not want to control when they encounter students who violate discipline,teachers' professional prestige declines,the relationship between teachers and students is not harmonious,and the contradictions and conflicts between the two sides are becoming increasingly fierce.Such phenomena are worth thinking about: In education and teaching,in the end do we need education and punishment? How should teachers exercise the power of educational punishment?In order to promote primary school teachers to exercise the right of educational punishment correctly,this study studies and explores the connotation of the right of educational punishment,the relevant theoretical basis,the purpose,significance,basic principles,methods and other issues of implementing educational punishment through literature method.On this basis,through interviews,questionnaires and other methods,this paper investigates the current situation of primary school teachers' exercise of the right of educational punishment,reveals the main problems faced by primary school teachers when they exercise the right of educational punishment,and analyzes the causes of these problems,and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to ensure teachers to exercise the power of educational punishment correctly.The main contents of this paper include the following parts: First,the introduction.Mainly on the right to educate the definition of the concept of discipline and related theories.The second part is the investigation of the status quo,which is mainly to investigate the status quo of the implementation of educational punishment power in primary schools.According to the survey results,there are six main problems in the implementation of educational punishment for primary school teachers:(1)The cognition level of the primary school teachers to the educational punishment power is not good;(2)The resistance to the implementation of the right of educational punishment in primary schools is great;(3)The number of primary school teachers who give up or transfer their right of education and punishment is relatively large;(4)The way of exercising educational punishment is single;(5)The effect of education and punishment is not good;(6)Psychological punishment prevails,and most teachers choose psychological punishment instead of behavioral punishment.The third part is the analysis of the reasons,which mainly analyzes the reasons behind the current situation of the problem.The main reasons for the poor implementation of the right of educational punishment in primary schools are that the educational administrative departments lag behind in the establishment of rules and regulations,schools hold a negative attitude against the right of educational punishment,some teachers have low enthusiasm and lack of comprehensive quality of their own education,parents question and obstruct the right of education punishment,and the media exaggerate the report of the right to educational punishment.Fourth,countermeasures and suggestions.According to the existing problems,the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for primary school teachers to exercise the right of educational punishment correctly from both theoretical and practical levels,including:(1)The administrative department of education actively publicizes and promotes the Disciplinary Rules for Primary and Secondary Education(Trial Implementation),safeguards teachers' right to educational punishment,strengthens supervision and protects the common rights and interests of both teachers and students;(2)Schools actively create conditions to support teachers to exercise the right of educational punishment and guide teachers to implement educational punishment reasonably;(3)Teachers should improve their own quality and correctly implement educational punishment;(4)Parents should establish a scientific concept of family education and assist teachers in exercising their right of educational punishment;(5)Students should strengthen their own behavior management and avoid teachers' educational punishment as far as possible;(6)All sectors of society work together to create a good atmosphere for teachers to exercise the right of educational punishment.Through the education administrative department,the school,the teacher,the guardian community,the student oneself,the social from all walks of life six aspects forms six aspects join forces the situation,impels the teacher to exercise the education punishment power correctly together,safeguards the teacher education teaching activity smoothly development,promotes elementary student's school work progress and the personality quality consummation.
