In order to meet the requirements of talents in the new era,education and teaching are constantly undergoing reform.With the introduction of “ key competencies ”,it has gradually become one of the main tasks for educators to explore the combination of the traditional instructional program design and “ key competencies ” so as to preserve the objective advantages of the traditional instructional program,on this basis,we can further improve and optimize the design of the traditional guidance program,so as to make it more in line with the actual teaching needs.This paper mainly studies the following three questions:(1)What is the current situation of the design of Senior High School Mathematics instructional plan with static high school?(2)What are the problems with the design of high school?(3)What is the practical effect of the optimized instructional design of Senior High School Mathematics Instructional Plan?In order to investigate the problems existing in the design of Senior High School Mathematics Tutorial Program of Hejing Senior High School,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 308 students of Hejing senior high school,as well as using the interview method to carry on the interview to the 9 mathematics teachers of Hejing senior middle school,sorted out the investigation result and carried on the analysis,discovered the existence main question as follows:(1)The guiding study plan design is not standard,there is no uniform design requirement and management method of the Guidance Plan;(2)There are some problems in the design contents(learning objectives,cooperative inquiry,basic training and reflection summary)of the guiding study plan;(3)The actual implementation of the guiding study plan is not in place,and the students who study the guiding study plan lack self-consciousness and autonomous learning ability;(4)The infiltration of the "mathematics key competencies" of the guidance plan is too simple and rigid,and the implementation is not in place.Based on the previous literature study,combing the domestic theoretical results with the actual problems in the instructional design,the following optimization design strategies are proposed:(1)Standardize the compilation and evaluation of the Guidance Plan;(2)Optimize the design of the content of the Guidance Plan;(3)Formulate the rules of classroom management to standardize the students' study;(4)Strengthen the theoretical study of the teachers' mathematics key competencies.Based on the optimal design strategy,the experimental research on the design of Senior High School Mathematics Instructional plan was carried out under the background of key competencies.After the experiment,the average score of the experimental class is slightly higher than that of the control class,and the difference of the average score of the post-test is significantly different from that of the pre-test.After practice,the improvement of students' performance in the experimental class is much greater than that in the control class,and from the test of independent data samples,there is no significant difference between the two classes before practice,but there is a significant difference after practice,it can be concluded that the key competencies-based teaching can improve students' learning achievement and promote the development of students' mathematics key competencies.
