With the progress of the new round of curriculum reform,the cultivation of key competencies has been paid more and more attention in basic education.Now the system of key competencies has been divided into the key competencies of subject according to the characteristics of each subject,which indicates that the cultivation of the key competencies of students through subject teaching has become an important education goal.In high school chemistry teaching,how to teach in accordance with the key competencies of chemistry and implement the cultivation of students' key competencies is still a problem that needs to be solved in chemistry teaching.The learning plan is a professional plan designed by the teacher around the specific learning unit and from the standpoint of the student to show the student's learning process and facilitate the construction of experience or knowledge by the student.As a reform of teaching plans carried out at the same time as the new curriculum reform,the research significance of learning plan is very significant.This study has taken H Middle School of Hubei Province as the pilot,carried out the design,implementation and evaluation of the literacy-oriented high school chemistry learning plan,and studied whether the literacy-oriented learning plan was beneficial to the cultivation of students' key competencies.The specific research and implementation process is divided into the following four aspects:Firstly,according to the survey research method,a questionnaire is designed to investigate the understanding and use of the learning plan of high school students,which is in order to provide a basis for further research.Secondly,carry out corresponding course standard analysis,textbook analysis and academic analysis of "Iron and Its Compounds",clarify the requirements of the course standard,and provide goals and basis for the design of learning plan based on the cultivation of students' key competencies.Thirdly,according to the above research,connect the design principles with methods of the learning plan of high school chemistry,and take "Iron and Its Compounds" as an example to design learning plan then put it into practice.Fourthly,use the post-test questions as a tool to evaluate the effect of the learning plan.These tests are performed in the experimental class and the comparative class,and then student interviews are conducted,to evaluate the implementation effect of the learning plan.Through the evaluation of the implementation effect of the learning plan,the results show that the use of the literacy-oriented learning plan increases the students' learning initiative and participation,and in the chemical grades and chemical subject key competencies levels were significantly higher than that of unused degree of students,which proves literacy-oriented education in the degree of the positive role of chemistry learning and helps to train the key competencies of chemistry of students.The research summarizes the general design principles,design methods and matters requiring attention for the use of the literacy-oriented learning plan,which has theoretical value for the use or research of the learning plan and the implementation of the literacy-oriented education.The specific cases provided have practical significance and case enlightenment for the implementation of the cultivation of the key competencies of chemistry.
