Under the background of quality education and aesthetic education,the reform of music education in primary school is deepening day by day,and the main position of students is highlighted.Teachers' teaching ideas are also constantly updated,and various foreign teaching methods such as koday teaching method,Orff teaching method and have been fully used for reference and flexibly.These teaching methods all contain game elements.In the music classroom,the majority of music teachers pay attention to students as the main body,adopt various teaching methods including game teaching methods to stimulate students' creativity,make the music classroom full of interest,promote the all-round development of primary school students in physical strength,intelligence,imagination,creativity and team consciousness,and meet the needs of primary school students' physical and mental development and aesthetic experience.Nowadays,the game teaching method has been widely used in primary school music teaching.The game teaching method of music teaching organically integrates various interesting games and music elements,makes the teaching content intuitive and has a high sense of experience,and leads students to experience music and participate in music activities in the pleasant and lively atmosphere of the game.The game teaching method respects the characteristics of students' physical and mental development,plays an obvious role in promoting students' performance ability and aesthetic ability,and fully meets the requirements of the new music curriculum standard(2011 Edition)for the "aesthetic value,creative value and social communication value" of primary school music education.As a music teacher of Ganghua primary school in Qingshan District,Wuhan,the author has been paying attention to using lively teaching methods to attract students and stimulate students' interest in learning music.Game method is one of the teaching methods that the author has been exploring and practicing in recent years.Combined with my own work experience,this paper explores the application of game teaching method in primary school music teaching at the theoretical and practical levels.At the theoretical level,this paper analyzes the correlation between games and music,the significance of music games for primary school students' physical and mental development,and the characteristics and value of game teaching method in music teaching.At the practical level,this paper analyzes a series of practical cases of games in singing and appreciation classes in primary school music classes,so that students can not only gain knowledge and skills,but also gain deep aesthetic experience from perceiving music to understanding music,and then to creating music.At the same time,the author also reflects on the application status of game teaching method in primary school music teaching,summarizes the universal problems,and puts forward the corresponding improvement and optimization strategies combined with specific teaching design cases.Through practical research,this paper reveals the role and value of games in primary school music teaching,which has guiding and reference significance for the development of game teaching practice.It is hoped that the research of this paper can make more primary school music teachers fully realize the importance of game teaching method,grasp the application laws and principles of game method,respect the subject status of students in game design,and carry out scientific and flexible design and application in combination with specific music teaching content.
