In recent years,with the rapid development of the Xizang Autonomous Region,many Han workers,officials and businessmen from inland areas have taken an active part in Tibet's economic and social development,and their children have also been enrolled in senior high schools in Xizang.Based on previous teaching experience,the author found that compared with the inland students and even Tibetan students,the Han students in Xizang high senior school are at a disadvantage in learning attitude and enthusiasm.Therefore,in this work,the author took the chemical equilibrium knowledge plate as the entry point to study the current situation of the chemistry learning efficiency of the Han students in Xizang senior high schools,and explored the teaching improvement strategies.First of all,the author contacted the teachers of Lhasa Middle School,Lhasa Beijing Middle School and Lhasa Jiangsu Experimental Middle School,which have a large number of Han students in Xizang.With the cooperation of teachers and students of other schools,the author completed the investigation on the factors affecting the chemistry learning efficiency of target students through interviews and questionnaires.The main disadvantages include negative learning attitude,low meta-cognitive level,limitation of non-intelligence factors and lack of breakthrough in teaching strategies.In view of the above survey results,the author,with the support and cooperation of other teachers in the school,designed a set of teaching strategies for improving the learning efficiency of chemical equilibrium for Tibetan Han students.The main improvement measures include:1.Strengthen classroom management,improve the participation level of students in class,and moderately punish students who do not obey classroom discipline;2.Promote the practicality of teaching methods,reduce complexity to simplicity and return to textbooks.Pay attention to the design of targeted teaching segments and the establishment of knowledge system;3.The main line of the class is to guide students to establish the chemical thinking model and establish the core quality of the chemistry subject,and pay attention to the transfer-ability of thinking mode.4.Special topics are set up to discuss complex chemical equilibrium problems and improve students' ability of multi-factor analysis.5.Through computer aided teaching,pictures,tables,videos and other ways to broaden the scope of knowledge,improve the teaching efficiency;6.To optimize the test-making model and rationalize the difficulty of the test under the guidance of "the zone of proximal development theory".Then,the author selected two groups of Han classes in 2019 senior high schools to conduct a control experiment on teaching improvement strategies for six weeks.During the experiment,the author arranged the work and rest,activities and courses of the experimental class.Finally,through testing and data comparison,the effectiveness of the above strategies on improving the learning efficiency of the target students' chemical equilibrium was analyzed.
