Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Cultivation Of Constitutional Awareness In The Course Of "morality And The Rule Of Law" In Junior High School

In recent years,the state has vigorously promoted the construction of the rule of law,widely publicized the law in the whole society,committed to improving the people's literacy of the rule of law,guided citizens to establish the concept of the rule of law,and put forward the goal of building a society under the rule of law by 2035.As the builders and inheritors of the future of the country and the nation,the rule of law education for teenagers can accelerate the process of rule of law construction,cultivate the constitutional consciousness of junior middle school students,enable teenagers to agree with the constitution,practice the constitution,safeguard the constitutional authority and promote the implementation of the constitution,which is of great significance to promote the healthy growth of teenagers and promote the comprehensive rule of law.The party and the state attach great importance to the education of the rule of law and propose to bring the education of the rule of law into the national education system.Therefore,it is required that the constitutional spirit in the second volume of morality and the rule of law in Grade 8,which is compiled according to the suggestions on the compilation of special volume of rule of law education in primary and secondary schools issued by the Ministry of education,be taken as the core of the research,and elaborate the essence,principles and spirit of the Constitution in detail,so as to enable students to establish constitutional consciousness.The main purpose of this article is to cultivate the constitutional awareness of morality and rule of law in the junior high school stage.The applied research methods include on-site interview method,literature analysis method and questionnaire survey method.On the basis of reviewing research literature in related fields at home and abroad,the basic concepts involved in the research are summarized and defined.After on-site questionnaire surveys and interviews,and teaching to students and teachers,we found that there are many problems in the current constitutional awareness of morality and rule of law in junior high schools,such as the low efficiency of constitutional awareness of education investment,the lack of constitutional literacy as teachers,and the lack of constitutional awareness of the culture In practice,some students lack interest in studying the constitution,learning difficulties,etc.Selon's problems and reasons.The school plans to focus on strengthening the cultivation of constitutional awareness,establishing a culturally diverse evaluation method for constitutional awareness,and actively develop constitutional awareness training Practice activities to strengthen the training of constitutional awareness teaching teachers.Teachers should strengthen their ability to cultivate constitutional awareness,do a good job of education courses,improve the efficiency and quality of education,improve their own constitution,enrich teaching methods,and increase students' interest in learning through various methods;students should be strengthened to learn actively,For the correct understanding of the constitutional curriculum,correct learning attitudes,improve life experience,and learn to use improvement strategies such as physical fitness.
