in order to advance the strategic plan of comprehensively ruling the country according to law,the 19 th party Congress once again elaborated on the importance of popularizing the law among the whole people.To enable everyone to firmly establish the concept of the rule of law of equality and justice.Rule of law education is a relatively systematic task.The basic rights of citizens is compulsory education,and constitutional education is the core content.It should penetrate into various school segments and build a bottom-up and progressive education system.In2016,in response to the existing problems in the education of young people under the rule of law,the Ministry of Education issued the "Education Outline",which clearly stated that constitutional education should be the core and compulsory education should be based on rights.It is necessary to infiltrate constitutional education into the entire education process,so that the sense of citizenship and the concept of the country will always stay in the hearts of young people.The junior moral and rule of law class is a importance class of teaching constitution to junior students.And improve the class and constitution frame.Analyzing the reason of the class educate constitution questions.It is important that found the junior school students constitution realise as well as improve the class realise of junior school students moral class.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter firstly analyzes the background of the topic selection,research significance and research status at home and abroad on the cultivation of constitutional consciousness in moral and rule of law courses in junior high school.The second chapter defines the concept of cultivating junior high school moral and constitutional awareness of the rule of law,then analyzes the main content of the cultivation of constitutional consciousness inmoral and rule of law courses in junior high school,with combining with the teaching material.The third chapter makes a questionnaire survey on the teaching and learning of cultivation of constitutional consciousness,then analyzes the current teaching situation.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the reasons for the problems in the cultivation of constitutional consciousness in moral and rule of law courses in junior high school.The fifth chapter is to develop effective strategies to solve the current problems in the cultivation of constitutional awareness in moral and rule of law classes in junior high school,and to figure out how to cultivate the constitutional awareness in junior high school students.The sixth chapter takes the content that is from Ethics and the Rule of Law of People's Education Press,Lesson 4,Book 2,Grade eight,as an example to carry on the teaching design.
