Under the background of comprehensively governing the country by law,the cultivation of young people's awareness of the rule of law has become a fundamental project in the national education system.The cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law for junior high school students refers to the process in which junior high school students,under the cultivation and education of the cultivation subject,go through the stage of knowing,feeling,believing and doing,constantly enhance the awareness of the rule of law,identify with the rule of law,establish the belief in the rule of law,and gradually grow into the participants and builders of the rule of law.At present,it is necessary for junior high school students to cultivate their awareness of rule of law.It is the practical requirement of comprehensively advancing the rule of law and building a society ruled by law,as well as the inherent requirement of cultivating and practicing socialist core values,and also the urgent requirement of promoting the growth of students.Therefore,from the perspective of "Morality and the Rule of law",the cultivation of junior high school students' awareness of the rule of law should aim at making them consciously study,respect,abide by,use and protect the law,and become advocators,abiders and defenders of the socialist rule of law.On the basis of adhering to the principles of life,practice,inspiration and hierarchy,the content of the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law should be effectively permeated in the study and life of junior high school students,including the consciousness of procedures and rules,rights and obligations,equality and justice,integrity and contract consciousness and legal authority consciousness.At present,there are many favorable conditions for junior high school students to cultivate their legal awareness from the perspective of "morality and the rule of law".At the macro level,the comprehensive rule of law provides a good social atmosphere for the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law,and the socialist core values provide direction guidance for the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law.At the micro level,the advancement of curriculum reform provides scientific guidance for the cultivation of legal consciousness,the construction of the teaching material system of "morality and the rule of law" provides the basic basis for the cultivation of legal consciousness,the construction of ideological and political teachers provides the guarantee of teachers for the cultivation of legal consciousness,and the development of multiple curriculum resources provides convenience for the cultivation of legal consciousness.However,in the face of many favorable conditions,there are still some problems in the cultivation of junior high school students' legal awareness from the perspective of "morality and the rule of law" course.It mainly includes: it is difficult to deeply understand the content of the rule of law,the content of the rule of law still needs to be integrated,the clarity of teachers' training objectives is insufficient,the training methods are limited,the development and utilization of curriculum resources are insufficient,the evaluation means are single and the effect is not stable.Careful analysis of the cause of the problem,you can see,difficult to implement the rule of law education concept,teachers' quality and ability is insufficient,rule of law teaching objective condition restrict the effective implementation of teaching and teaching evaluation system is not perfect hindered the pace of cultivation.Therefore,the junior high school students' legal awareness must be "appropriate".First,renew the teaching concept.We insist on the combination of teacher-led and student-dominated,the combination of theoretical education and practical education,and the combination of teaching unity and diversity.Second,improve teachers' ability of rule of law.Establish and improve the collective lesson preparation system,carry out special training through multiple channels,and improve the teaching and research incentive mechanism.Third,improve course teaching.Integration of legal teaching content,closely related to life;Strengthen the integration of "three dimensions" and pay attention to the guidance of legal value;Broaden the way of cultivating the consciousness of rule of law,optimize the teaching method;We will effectively explore and strengthen the use of legal resources.Fourth,improve teaching evaluation.Focus on the combination of process evaluation and finality evaluation,quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation.We should strive to make the evaluation content comprehensive,the evaluation methods diversified and the evaluation subjects diversified.It is expected that these "prescriptions" can promote the junior high school students' legal awareness cultivation to achieve better results under the view of "morality and the rule of law" course.
