Campus football club is an important organizational form for the school to carry out campus football;it is one of the important and effective means to popularize campus football.In recent years,in the context of the development of campus football,domestic primary and secondary school campus football clubs have developed to a certain extent,some excellent campus football clubs have emerged.In Chongqing,Jiangbei,Shapingba,Jiulongpo Jiangjin and Nanan districts with higher overall level of campus football,most of them have already set up campus football clubs,for example,Furen middle school and Shenzhen Football Club jointly built a campus football club and won the national championship for many times;On the contrary,the construction of campus football club is lagging behind in Beibei District,at present,most primary and secondary schools have not set up football clubs,the result of campus football is not ideal,it is of great importance and urgency to promote the construction of campus football club.This study adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,through the investigation of leaders,football coaches and players in 9 key primary and secondary schools in Beipei district,demonstrates the realistic conditions of multi-party construction of primary and secondary school campus football club from the aspects of software and hardwar,analyzes and discusses the obstacles faced by Beipei district's multi-party construction of campus football club,to explore the specific construction ideas of campus football club,to explore the suitable operation mode of campus football club.The purpose of the study,is let all parties realize the urgency and feasibility of building a campus football club,the construction of campus football club will be incorporated into the overall arrangement and layout of campus football work,systematically plan and promote the construction of campus football club,build a number of high-quality campus football clubs as soon as possible.The significance of the study lies in: at the theoretical level,enrich the research results of campus football,provide decision-making reference for the construction of primary and secondary school campus football clubs in Beipei district and other similar areas in China in the future;At the practical level,to provide basis for the construction of primary and secondary school football clubs in Beipei District,promote the orderly construction of campus football clubs in primary and secondary schools,b Build a number of high-quality campus football clubs as soon as possible.Through the research,the following conclusions are obtained:1.Beipei District lacks schools with a long history of campus football,the construction of campus football policy obviously lags behind,football players mainly come from the examination of students who are good at sports,the selection method is relatively simple,pay attention to the physical condition,physical fitness and special test of athletes,lack of systematic and normative enrollment policy support.2.Beipei district has complete types of football equipment and facilities,there are plenty of them,quality is also guaranteed,football population is mainly distributed in urban areas,the football population of schools in suburbs and rural areas is relatively small;Most football coaches are physical education teachers,lack of professional coaches,the professional qualification level is low,lack of sports experience.3.At present,Beipei district is faced with some restrictive factors,the outstanding performance is as follows,the relevant policies are not perfect,the population base of campus football is small,the attention of school leaders is low,and the enthusiasm of football teachers to participate in club construction is insufficient.4.We should promote the construction of campus football clubs,first of all,we should establish and improve the organizational structure,established the "leading group for the construction of campus football clubs in primary and secondary schools in Beibei District",establish and improve the working mechanism and strengthen leadership,clear division of responsibilities;Secondly,according to the actual situation of the region,on the basis of widely listening to the opinions of all parties,at the same time,we should improve policies and measures,strengthen policy support and guarantee,In addition,We should strengthen financial support,ensure financial investment;in addition,make full use of all kinds of publicity channels to do a good job of publicity,create a good construction atmosphere.5.In order to better promote the operation of campus football club,first,the government should change
